Correct, if it does not hit .035 it's not considered sold. Mostly because as I said I can get ~ $250.00+ dropping it off at a local coin place. [No postage, no conversion, just drop on counter & get cash] Considering how much BTC is fluctuating at the moment I should have probably put in a USD dollar amount instead of a BTC amount, but I am not going to change now. Yes, but many auctions (live, eBay, etc.) start below the reserve and allow people to bid to get to the reserve. It gets the action started. The only difference with this is, the 0.035 is not some random number.
