Bitcoin prices are dropping too much...
Is there a possibility of a rise in the future?
If you say yes, when will the trend turn around?
And how much will Bitcoin prices go up on end of this year?

No one can give you an accurate price that BTC price might turn around. Just watch on the price support everytime BTC makes a major dump movement. If a certain price support resist the sell pressure multiple times then that will be a good sign that BTC might turn around from that price level. That's the only logical thinking I can advice you. Whoever claims that they know exact price is hoax. Don't ever believe on someone TA unless that guy has a lot of accurate TA before.

Of course bitcoin will definitely rise again in the future now the price has reached $ 6,700 I think it's right to buy because this will enter the trend again and it won't be long after the beginning of the year we will see the bullish trend.
At the end of the year prices cannot be predicted, but the decline from now on will not be so sharp, it might grow a little.

I'm sure 100% that to answer all these question I need atleast the ability to see into the future or having a time machine. I mean if people know what will happen in the future everyone will be rich. Back to the topic, the possibility of price rising is there but we just don't sure and I'm not going to offer my speculation but usually after a massive dump there'll always some kind of bounce back (but as I say doesn't always happen). Every end of year it's like tradition for bitcoin to be dumped because people need to pay for taxes thus cashing out their BTC and many factors. You just don't expect too much this time around and maybe the situation could get better in the next year.

Maybe there's a little increasing trend, but as long as it grows successively it will acquire a sustainable value in the future. I think most of us expected a huge rise this December, and it seems that it wouldn't be so easy for current price to recover so fast at huge percentage.

Too much is relative, depend how much money you have. Why you not try use your indicator and knowledge to find where is buy back point because from there you can decide still optimist or leave bitcoin for good. Many of us leave bitcoin and start again next year, I already did that and never see chart anymore. Refresh my mind and built my new plan but of course not far from cryptocurrency.

Questions is too generic and no one could give you exact answers about it. I don't know why should be too much upset when btc gone small down. Why you have been not raising questions during price up. Its normal man! That's why bitcoin become a most popular virtual currency. We know everything that bitcoin is volatile currency. So shouldn't surprised when pump and dump. Price depend on market conditions and manipulations. Most likely we are facing a correction of bitcoin price. On the other hand I have noticed from Binance , some couns pumping huge. It's a sign of Alt correction in my opinion. Perhaps we will see recover alt markets very soon and that's would be a reason bitcoin price dumping now.

It is pretty normal to see bitcoin dropping too much on its price. It is like bitcoin is having a black friday sale for the people who really wanted to make the best out of their money and not to spend it to useless things that are on sale in malls. No one can really tell when will be the turn around or the change in trend but the only thing that I am sure is bitcoin will rise again and it might be next year since the halving event is dated at year 2020.

Need more support to start pumping.Hope it will happen soon. But no one can tell you the exact date.
And how much will Bitcoin prices go up on end of this year?
No one can tell you the exact price.Only traders can predict the price. This is not new question.Maybe after this dump bitcoin can hit 8k$ end of this year.this is my personal opinion.

During these 2 days bitcoin was quite severe in its decline and maybe it was caused by several factors.
I think positively that bitcoin will rise again maybe in December there will also be an increase I believe in bitcoin even though it is currently down.
For Bullish it can't be sure, but I just assume bitcoin will be bullish when halving occurs in May.
I think the price of bitcoin at the end of the year could reach $ 9,000 again, my analysis says so. hopefully it happens.

A lot of people asking when Bitcoin price down but when it is going up they will never do that. Lol.
Actually, there is no accurate answer to that. It is unpredictable, but we are all hoping that Bitcoin will raise and bounce back soon.
Everyone waiting for the next block reward halving and it occurs every four years. It will have a long term effect on Bitcoin price and I think we are almost there. As what link is shown a count down, it is 171 days left. (https://www.bitcoinblockhalf.com/).

So, I think it is the answer to your question "Is there a possibility of a rise in the future?" and I believed Bitcoin price will raise up soon after the corrections happen. Probably it will start to pump at a lower price, or let just wait until the Bitcoin Black Friday (https://bitcoinblackfriday.com/) event will end, maybe they are just spending their bitcoin on that.

There are 2 possibilities in that matter, either it will rise or the other way around which I believe you know what that means. No one knows what the correct answer is.

And.... Nope. No one really knows what the future holds. Well duh, isn't that obvious? Even with the most experts prediction about such things, there's no guarantee that it'll happen in the future as what they predicted to. Unless, you could clearly see what kind of future is about to happen. And that's also nope. We could only hope for the better.

Bitcoin will pump back if investor sentiment feels better and now everyone is more scared so this is not a good time to predict. In the past week, the value of Bitcoin has dropped by more than 25% and this happened so unexpectedly that many investors have huge investment losses. I think Bitcoin will return to $3,000 or $5,000 again later this year and if you're ready to buy cheap prices then do it now.

Of course, I don't encourage you to do this and think carefully before making a decision because Bitcoin may drop further in the future.

A lot of negative news preceded this collapse in the price of Bitcoin. First, the negative news about the police search of the Shanghai office of the Binance exchange. Now a class-action lawsuit has been filed in Washington state against the activities of the Bitfinex exchange. I think that these negative news provoked such a strong fall in the price of digital gold, arranging a real Black Friday in the cryptocurrency market.

If you really believe in bitcoin it doesnt matter how long it takes to see the bull market. If you invested in bitcoin for a reasons of want to have profit then change your mind, just use bitcoin as regular money so will not be affected of ups and downs of the price.

Yes there is always a possibility of a rise in the future,
But there wouldn't be an exact date to when would the trend turn around because if we know it for sure we would be accumulating a lot before it even happens.
All of your question couldn't be answer properly because it is impossible to know what would happen in the future.

The current market is bleeding so no one predict the upcoming bull run on Bitcoin. Recently everyone expecting it will grow soon on further weeks, But current scenario all are fear and panic this dump. I hope next year we see some upcoming bull run and normally all the peoples are selling continuously, But this is the best time to invest on crypto market.

I know for sure that bitcoin will definitely rise again but as for the exact reason I honestly don't know anymore. With all the predictions here and there I really don't know which one to trust and believe anymore, I tried predicting it myself but still no avail. I think i'll just stick with my instinct that bitcoin will surely rise like it has been doing in the past besides, there is no other way but to go up.

The bitcoin market is becoming bearish and the words Bobby Lee where he says that the price will go uphill and reach almost a million over the next few years sometimes sounds like a dumb joke. But knowing the nature of bitcoin, and observing several significant declines since the summer of 2019, we can assume that the price drop will not last too long.
yes, the decline is a normal thing in the financial markets. The financial market is always volatile due to the participation of different groups of people. In the case of the cryptocurrency market, too, all price movements occur due to supply and demand and manipulation. When prices have fallen too deep, now is the time for them to grow again. I don't believe that the crypto market will rebuild the old bottom of 2018. We have to have a strong belief in this because the crowd is thinking the same way we do. This is a great time to buy top coins.

go into a consolidation period in the range of $ 6-7k, but it tends to be weak and I don't think it will fall further down. going back to $ 5 thousand will only start a new story and will bleed for a long time, I don't think the market will want it either. Many are targeting later this year to continue rising $ 2-3k from current prices and still enter a healthy movement.

I think this is a good time for bitcoin to turn around and start slowing growth again. You know, the lowest price of bitcoin in the last 3 years is $ 3k1 and this downtrend will not make the price of bitcoin too low. why? because I think history will not be coincidentally possible in a very short time. The sharks all have their own strategies and this time they don't put too much price pressure on them. so we're optimistic and prepare to enjoy the 2020 bull run.

No one can specifically predict what exactly will be the Bitcoin market value by the end of this year and if anyone could get the range at which the price of Bitcoin will be then it is just a game of lock.
I see the current downward moment of Bitcoin and other altcoins as an opportunity for smart investors to buy low hold for a while and sell at profit any time its value appreciate which is very likely.

You cannot predict what will be the lowest price the bitcoin will be in this year, but one thing is sure; you can make money if you will buy if you saw a market reversal pattern like double bottom or inverse head and shoulder.

Instead of focusing too much on the drops we should focus on how much or put limit on till how much we will buy. I bought some BTC yesterday and will still plan if ever I receive some bonus. It's the time to buy for those who don't hold yet. Don't believe in FUDS and focus that btc will soon to rise after this.

~snip~

Do not focus on today's prices, the trend of Bitcoin is not bearish, the fact that many sales are taking place does not mean that it is a crash, nor that everything will get here.

The key to being well in the market is knowing how to wait, having enough patience to resist volatility, this is very normal, if we start from Wyckoff's theory, we are starting the bullish trend, and this price downturn may be a testing at low levels to eliminate all possible supply, but observing the bitcoin chart the trend bullish will increase.

The prices are dropping too much in comparison with what? Your expectations? That is not a healthy way to think about the markets. Some people are looking at the prices like at another opportunity to purchase cheap BTC. Prices move if there are more sellers than buyers, simply as that.

That is why you need to implement proper risk management principles so you don't end up saying things like this that the price has dropped too much or you haven't entered the up move yet, etc.

Too much is exaggerated.
When you look at how much it grew from day 1 then that is too much.  ;D
Why is it that when it falls in price many people are overreacting while when the value goes up they are too silent about it and just enjoying the profits.

Anyway, no one can tell.
Just like now it went back $400 in just hours of waiting.
You can take that as a sign for an upward market but there is nothing to back it up.

Bitcoin is really unpredictable and you shouldn't take actions without thinking. You can't just buy without any technical analysis in the charts. It'll surely will become trend again but the question is "When will bitcoin rise again at the top?".

Many people are still asking about the season where bitcoin will become strong again in the market. Imagine from December 2017 it reached $20,000 upto now $6,000, look at that downfall. But i'm still hoping that 10 years from now, bitcoin will soon become at the top of all cryptocurrency again.

If anyone see the price chart of last one month we can find the drastic fall in the Bitcoin and all the cryptocurrencies. I seriously do not know the reason behind this price drop and there is no any special issue regarding this.
I believe people might be less interest and turning towards stablecoins maybe the reason and if anyone know the exact reason for this price drop please do let me know also.

Unfortunately, it is at the end of the month as well :D. Where I cash out my bitcoin earnings at the first of each month and start living :D. This month I will literally have less money to live (on December) because I will end up with less money due to bitcoin crashing lol :D.

Well, not much we can do because I had times when I cashed out money and still made profit on top of it as well, like literally cashed out some of my bitcoins but the price of bitcoin went up so much that I had MORE even after cashing some of it out, these are the paybacks of those days so I will be just calmly accepting this part, maybe spend some of the money I put aside as savings for a while but when bitcoin goes higher I will be able to put some of it back and go back to living regularly as well.

Over the last few days, especially last night, very serious price declines have occurred in the entire market and in all the cryptos. Although there is no serious news for these decreases, I think that the only reason is again the big investors. In the last few days, a serious sales volume has been formed and the price is falling down piece by piece but quite effectively as in the previous month. Of course, this decline also affects other crypto currencies and the small investor continues to lose money every day. We did not miss the bullish period, but in the event of a bullish run, investors who close the loss position are at risk of preventing the price rise.

Today's decline reached $ 6500, and recovered to $ 7200. if the question is "can bitcoin prices recover" the answer is of course "YES". I think this is a decline that often happens every year, so seeing bitcoin prices go down at this time is common. if you don't believe it, you can see the end of 2018, and maybe be thankful for the prices that exist today. however, I strongly believe that by 2020 the price of bitcoin will reach a very high price again.

Bitcoin prices are dropping so fast right now and we don't know yet why it is happening, but there are a lot of speculations on why this are happening in which almost all of the coins are in the down trend right now. There is a possibility that the bitcoin will rise again in the near future and it is proven already many years ago. Maybe the reason why bitcoin price is dropping right now is because of the big whales and also it affects the incoming year 2020 in which the said halving will come so maybe this is also one of the many reasons why bitcoin is dropping. We don't know yet when would probably the bitcoin will turn around or go back to normal because only predictions we are counting of. We don't know yet what would be the price of the bitcoin before this year ends, maybe the best thing to do is to just wait until the end of the year to know what will happen.

I agree, though I was relatively surprised that bitcoin fell that much.  Not that I'm not used to crazy price swings but I had been expecting it to recover from the $7300 range it was in and go higher.  That'll teach me.

Bitcoin will probably get back to $10k, but it doesn't look like it's going to be this year--I'm hoping it'll be next year at some point, but there's no way I could tell OP when exactly that recovery is going to take place.  Nobody knows, and you just have to place your bets and hope for the best.

Yeah well that's usually how it goes.  Everybody who makes a prediction expresses some kind of expectation about where the price is headed.  I'm trying not to have an expectation right now.

the price will bounce up but there is just no sure way of telling when it will happen. right now it moving up from $6500 to $7200, its not the price you may want but that's a good price to sell right now if you expect the price to dip to $2000. the articles all over crypto these days are telling the price can go that low. it be best to be very cautious about it. if they are publishing these type of information, one thing to do is also dump while they are up to accumulate.

The prices rebounded from yesterday but damn 2019 has been such a terrible year thus far. No way we're going to get to 10k per coin by the end of the year and I wouldn't be surprised for us to have to wait a couple years for Bitcoin to see significant increases in the price. What's weird is the US stock market has been having record openings for the last month repeatedly yet crypto's seem to be going down. A healthy overall economy would indicate more investors into crypto but I can only imagine people are pouring their money into stocks and taking money out of crypto's despite there being signs of a recession. If the signs that do point to a recession actually result in one then we can expect the price to sky rocket but it sucks waiting for it.

This is only your personal prediction but I think Bitcoin price will soon rebound if investors have more confidence in investing. Now the price of $7200 is really very cheap and you should consider investing between 30% and 50% of assets right now because this will definitely be the lowest price this year. Of course the final decision rests with you and expects that Bitcoin will soon rebound by 2020.

Currently, there are many good options besides Bitcoin and you may consider investing in some good coins like BCH, BSV, LTC to make higher profits in the near future.

Yes bitcoin is high volatile therefore it can turn ups and down. Price declining is only temporary, if we track the past history of btc this is already happened and just a normal scenario so dont be too worried.

If you say yes, when will the trend turn around?
And how much will Bitcoin prices go up on end of this year?
No one knows, we can speculate but there's no assurance if the price can bounce back in our own time frame prediction. However one thing is for sure the price can recover, btw you should know this before investing in crypto since its a basic rule to gain knowledge first before putting your hard earned money.

Even though some speculations gather more positive insights that the price will increase as soon as possible, it doesn't coincide with their motivations because the trend went out so bad. If there's a potential recovery price I would love to see $10k per btc next month, and that's an optimum price to further sustain.

Bitcoin prices are dropping too much...
Is there a possibility of a rise in the future?
If you say yes, when will the trend turn around?
And how much will Bitcoin prices go up on end of this year?

Anything is possible. :D

I do think we're near the bottom......can't really say until we see another spring like late October though. Hopefully this time it actually takes. I wouldn't rule out another run at the low $6,000s first.

At best, we might get a spike near $10K by year end. With 5 weeks left in the year, it's a long shot though. I'd bet on a lower and more boring trading range.

I think we are in a bearish channel until we hit $5,500 where is bearish meets rising support, and we can bounce off or could see a steep drop, maybe even to $4,000 or even $3,000. analysis shows this is still possible, even though that would mean we would straddle or go out of every big bandwidth calculation. Tax-wise this could be interesting for a lot of people to go into the new year on a low price. then it will start bullish in 2020, with maybe another big drop, but stay bullish for a while towards and after the halving. I see no way that won't have a positive impact on the price of bitcoin in next year.

Bitcoin is always like this, it can go up and down all of a sudden with small and large amounts, we don't need to panic. Because of this volatility, bitcoin is a profitable investment tool. And in my opinion until the end of this year the price of bitcoin will be in the range of $ 7000 or $ 8000. And I am optimistic that bitcoin will pump next year. And also next year bitcoin will be reduced by half. Hopefully next year bitcoin bull as we expect.

Maybe on the recent uptrend are being overbought thay leads to such downfall. It happens usually right after a recent event like what did happened wayback last 2017.
Quote
Is there a possibility of a rise in the future?
Well, yes. Specially halving is near to come particularly in mid 2020. Both halving after a year rose abnomarly. Like what happened in 2012.
Quote
If you say yes, when will the trend turn around?
May be in 2021? Quite for sure since halving will come in 2020.
Quote
And how much will Bitcoin prices go up on end of this year?
Still uncertain about this. Since the nature of crypto is quite hard to predict given with the analysis, and so on chart.

That might be much realistic to happen after this sudden downfall, the recovery can go further and reach $10k. It's better not to expect that much
than being stress once the market fell more. The market will move further and for those who are willing to take the risk, this can be a good chance to
buy in and start investing then wait for another bounce and enjoy the benefits.

Eve Trump news pop and many other news which all are not proven, whatever the reason is now btc is still fighting not lowered in $6k Mark, it might still fall or arise but if we had a chance to buy this week price and plans to hold longer, panic and news will not matter since some really want these dump to happen, maybe those who really make this dump are only whales not the news.

Actually there is no accurate reason to pin point on what is the main cause of the dump since there are so many fuds spreading right now and I think it was done by certain manipulators to create panic and I guess these dump is a preparation for upcoming halving and we shouldn't be panic for this kind of manipulating tactics but instead we should avail what those chances made to earn.

Anybody can share their thoughts here, and when somebody's going to panic; then we should encourage them to have stronger faith. Once we lost our faith and convictions, many unpleasant things would tend to happen. Fake news influenced a lot of investors and traders as well as holders who can't handle their emotions towards trading pressures. Meanwhile, cheaper market value on different promising coins should be grabbed in order to increase our holdings and expect huge returns when bullrun comes.

your first pharagraph are negative but your last pharagraph became's positive  . that simply shows that no matter how heavy or hard the rain was , there are still a rainbow at the end  .  because no matter how many bad news that we are receiving and no matter how low the prices of the cryptos fall , this still gives a good impact afterall because we can still score cryptos nicely at a decescent price   . its only a matter of hodlng tho and the value can always recover in no time .

not too much if it doesn't reach $3000, of course, in the next 1-2 years bitcoin will recover, don't worry there will be halving next year.

No prediction of when the bitcoin price is going to go up is accurate, haven't you heard enough predictions like before the end on 2018,the dump is being so consistent but I think it is due to the halving, which is suspected to be around mid 2020. We only have to be patient and hopeful.

No one knows when the Bitcoin price will hit a higher zone, but everyone knows that if Bitcoin price goes down, it will go up! Bitcoin price dropping means it is not a bad thing, if you are not new in crypto then you should have bought BTC when the price was 6200 USD, now look Bitcoin price is heading to 7500 USD. But still, this is the right time to buy Bitcoin and hold. Don't wait for the end of the year, try to forget about 2017, remember the end of 2018, So, better buy now and wait for the Bitcoin halving.

the possibility of history could be repeated, when the end of 2018 the price dropped if seen it was the same as now, but I don't expect it to repeat falling to 3000 usd. but who knows?
and bitcoin will likely recover when approaches halving, but that won't make new ATH, because history says 1 year after halving prices start to rise higher and make new ATH.

I do not have that capability to see the future but I do believe bitcoin price can rise in just a certain amount of time.
We are all at risk here and we are not that special to avoid any bad events that might happen.

They can put all the technical details here but still it ain't accurate.
What better would be is to just support it and maybe you could find more investors that will join in.
That could make the price move a little.

Right. if you look back a few years, this often happens, and the price of bitcoin is likely to go up again even though the dump is currently quite severe. I started to think that the price of bitcoin would be stable at $ 7k, and at the beginning of the year, it would go up with a bigger increase. What's more, it's likely that the price of bitcoin will be triggered by halving in the future.

I have a practical way to see the market when it falls, I go to the Shorts in tradingview:

https://i.imgur.com/cWdFz25.png

The arrow in purple, represents Shorts that opened on November 24, the yellow arrow represents that these Shorts are closing, on November 25 they began to close them and today they are also closing, the analysis is a few days, we must wait until it is finished Give 24 hours to see what your behavior will be.

This tells me that they are taking advantage of making cheap purchases, there are weak hand sales, most likely by news, or generalized Fud.

And as they close, the price is recovering.

provides benefits to those who bought and hold. There's a big chance that same will happen since expected halving will take place and speculations

Is this your first time to experience this down trend? If Yes then its better to back the chart history of bitcoin because no one will give you exact date when bitcoin will rise. If you believe that bitcoin will rise up again then make this opportunity to buy more bitcoin and hold it until the price go back to $10k or higher.
No one can predict the exact price of bitcoin nor any market, all you can do is to speculate how the market would go, everyone invested in bitcoin in the hope that the market will rise in the future and if not they would have cashed out already, if not for this optimistic view about the market you will not see many people trading but there is no drop in the trading volume and it shows the trust everyone has on bitcoin.

Bitcoin is really having a low price today just like what happened in the year of 2018, that is why most bitcoin holders is starting to panic that they want to sell their bitcoin even in a small price. I think bitcoin will take a long time to increased it's price again because it is in a downtrend, but there's a huge chance that bitcoin will still reach it's price up to $20,000 again.

I guess you know what are the most common answers you will get if you are going to ask for the future prices of Bitcoin. None of us here know what could be the price of Bitcoin in the future, we do speculates the price only by having our own technical analysis and fundamental analysis. You should have to make your own so you won't be asking the same stupid question next time.

The moment when and how much Bitcoin will rise is difficult to predict I guess. After the breakout to 10k USD, the price of Bitcoin has now back to correction at 7k USD. I personally, sure there will be an increase back at least 2020 the price of Bitcoin will be better maybe

bitcoin prices may not be too much to go up at the end of this year, but you can see it for the next 7 days if prices stabilize above $ 6800, you will see an increase slowly and if until next week the price is still above $ 7000 there may be an increase until the beginning of the year forward, but if the price drops below $ 6800 in the next 7 days, the price will go down more precisely in the area of $ 5500, but I don't guarantee any of that analysis, you can see it later, hopefully it answers your question

the data history itself says that from 2017 where the all time high finally touched $20000 and straight this -bubble- burst down crazy to $4000 in 2018 to te first quarter of 2019.

another event occured recently in the 3rd and half 4th quarter of 2019 where the price rebound from $4000 to $10000 . the quesion now that people looking for the answer is this gonna be another -bubble- burst ?
as far as i can see , we could go down even worse than just back to $4000 , of course this happened with helps of some dummies investor who getting panic these days , thanks to them who drag the bitcoin price down to this point.

some other people ready to buy really a lot of bitcoin at the bottom.

Bro, there are no exact price predictions that are accurate. You better just observe what will happen in the next few years.
The questions you ask are often asked by many members. Try to relax facing this situation, you can not force the market to comply with what you expect because the market reflects what is happening between buyers and sellers. If you only hope and make questions like this also will not change the situation.

If you are expecting an exact answers to your questions then I'm sorry you won't find any. Moreover, any exact figure or date given here by any member is also an estimation and prediction.
The truth still remains that nobody knows the direction the cryptocurrency market will turn to. It might go up suddenly and it might go down again. Just know that the future is bright and there is a high possible price increase in the future.

Exactly! If someone is claiming that he can accurately predict for what will happen, 2 days or few months from now, he is a fraud. The price is very volatile and even few hours it can change a lot. So I think the OP should not ask that question and just observe for himself what's going on in the market. And since the btc is slowly rising, is he gonna create a new thread with the title : Bitcoin prices are rising slowly...  ;D

I don't think anyone knows for sure when bitcoin will experience an uptrend. we can only speculate and the price of bitcoin can also be influenced by the news. yesterday there was news from china about a banning of crypto at a local exchange. I think this also affected yesterday's bitcoin decline.
but I'm optimistic that bitcoin can pump again. but i also don't know for sure when that will happen we can only predict maybe next year after bitcoin is reduced by half bitcoin will pump again.

Your first post is to said Bitcoin market value will not appreciate in value years to come. Too unfortunate that so many people are negative minded about Bitcoin without any strong reason to support their claim. Bitcoin market value will move higher after the coming halving of next year.
I have to support it as well.
It is too sad to think that many would still claim for its fall rather than to be helpful in spreading its purpose and importance. It feels that they just take a look at what is happens today and never consider what would really happen in the future.

It is something we need to consider the fact that crypto is still in the move to wide adoption. But people around us never appreciate instead they keep their negative thought only without seeing the positive side.
