Probably buy some bitcoin through some reputable seller on LocalBitcoins[1], and move over the bought bitcoin to your OKEx wallet address. You'll have to complete at least level 1 verification before you can withdraw any asset. Title: Re: How to start trading at OKEX Korea? IIRC all Korean exchange requires you to complete Level 1 verification as mentioned above, which at least requires telephone verification and you can't do that if you don't have a Korean phone number. Even the most buggy and fake exchange does that.

Isn't strange that a newbie has an avatar ?? I thought this was limited for staff members who work in accounts recovery with Cyrius . Op is an old forum member [2011] and didn't post since June 2013 . The rule limiting uploading avatars to full members and above was introduced in April 2015.
