Basically they are targeting new crypto users who are not well aware of this kinda obvious scam. Atleast who have got minimum knowledge about scam ponzi projects will not waste their money and time IMO.

There are still people being victimized by this scheme because of their greed to earn money at a shortest possible time. But ended up losing and crying or cursing afterwards. How many lessons do they need to wake up to the reality that there's no such thing as easy money? Decide how much ether you want to earn? But the promised large interest rates put everything in its place. If the scammers were pointing to a more real percentage, the Ponzi scheme would not be so obvious. But then there would be no such interest for the investor.
