Just bought $220 for $200 Btc, received $75 as "1st Payment" and waiting for the rest.

I would be highly skeptical of this.

User is newbie, also it's easy for people to charge back with paypal. Would suggest using escrow as btc payments aren't refundable but paypal payments are.

All orders were completed within 12 hours after you paid btc, normally take just few hours. I have 330$ fund available today.

is there another method of payment besides using paypal, For example BTC to Payoneer, Skrill, or the like, I personally do not really like paypal, because the money that was sent can be withdrawn through the dispute feature.

More fund is available today. Sell your btc now when is bumping and buy btc again when it is dumping. You will never lose money. Bitcoin is over 8k now and it is a good sign of 2020 year.

To anyone wanting to deal : This is a newbie without any tangible reputation. PayPal payments are also reversible as well. So you will have nothing to do if there's a chargeback. And chargeback can happen upto a month I think.

To dealer : please use an escrow, show proof of your business, source of funds and if you have any reputation like on localbitcoins etc. Else your business here would just fail :/

 it would be to your benefit and reputation if you publicly announced the transactions.   Publicly, the only thing you have traded is words with other members.
