And yet, you have included "ChangeNow in your list (https://archive.md/jPEaO#selection-151.0-151.9)"...

• Just search for its name on "Scam Accusations (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0) board" ^{[it's quite popular]}.
• I didn't bother to look at other exchanges in your list but most likely, there are more ^{[with a bad reputation]}.

Why do you think ChangeNow scammers? A lot of good reviews have been written about them. Perhaps sometimes there are technical problems, but their support quickly solves.

I think the list of exchange lists (https://cexmo.com/exchangers) needs a lot of revision.

 - You did not add the most popular exchange platforms like changelly, ShapeShift, Bisq and others.
 - Some platforms do not work, including but not limited to: https://changex.com/
 - Reclassification of platforms and giving a lot of reviews, especially form forums such as this one.

Overall, I liked the design, it's simple and informative.

The same "scam team" that is managing ChangeNow, also manages Changelly ^{[you may refer to the above link]}.

Read the cases again, all talking about unprofessional, scam behavior, or at least "selective scamming," but all cases^[1] agree that the money has been paid^[2] to the user and that the scam is a hefty fee.

In my opinion, we can classify this platform as good if there is no alternative and the trades in small amounts "do not trust them with large sums."
This classification differs from the sites that have been recognized as scamming and stealing people's money.

It is up to those who use the platform to assess the risks, especially since many exchange platforms impose identity restrictions (KYC.)

I wouldn't be so sure about that ^{[not everything is being reported on this forum]} but regardless of it, they aren't a reputable one.

Personally, I would no longer trust them with a single satoshi ^{[even if there were no other choices]}. Anyone that uses them for smaller amounts, contributes to their success.

An indirect scam is still classified as "scam".

He/she went into great lengths just to get it back.

An odd post. You're saying about having the most popular exchanges on the list of your service, but there are no coinswithch or changelly, for example. Will they appear?
As for changenow - as far as I know, they've stopped being partners with changelly a long ago, and the cases and links that people sent above, are old and unrepresentative.
