This forum is not made for anyone coming here and advertising your products and services.
If you want to do so, pay some ads on Facebook/Instagram/Twitter and do it. But not here. We are here to discuss other topics such as cryptocurrencies and blockchain.

Yes,you can advertising anything but not any NSFW content will be against the forum rules.You also can't advertise a product if it is made illegal in certain jurisdictions.

What product(s) are you planning to advertise in the first place? Random is very subjective.

you should give specific kind of products buddy,not just random because there are certain products that prhibited .like illegally manufactured and nsfw.but its better to advertise product that available for crypto payments.

I don't know if you have noticed, but there is an ad banner that shows sometimes after the first post in a page. Those are official, i think you should be contacting the forum administration for this. This question would be better done in the Meta (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=24.0) area i think, not in offtopic.

Advertising photo in here ? Maybe you should try to services thread you can find on them that have many people are advertising different kind of work. But you need to pay them a bitcoin for advertising, By the way what do you mean advertising photo ? You have some photos and you want us to advertise on photo that you have ?
