Are you trying to add a bitcoin payment gateway to your website! If yes, then you don't have to run a full node. You can use a bitcoin payment processor such as BTCPay (the most recommended but not the easiest to implement though). Anyway, if you are going to hire someone to do it for you, make sure to use an escrow.
