there are many things that can be done to educate your dudes :
1. Starting from you.. yeap, you have joined 10th years bitcointalk forum contest. At least you already have enough expertise to educate your dudes.
2. Then you dude can read this https://www.reddit.com/r/ethtrader/comments/79aips/how_to_earn_ether_as_a_bounty_hunter/ (https://www.reddit.com/r/ethtrader/comments/79aips/how_to_earn_ether_as_a_bounty_hunter/)
3. Next, you dude can read this also : FAQ: Everything you need to know about forum 'activity, account ranks and merit (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2766177.0)
4. Next step, read about What Is ERC-20 and What Does It Mean for Ethereum? (https://www.investopedia.com/news/what-erc20-and-what-does-it-mean-ethereum/) and Top Wallets To Store ERC20 Tokens (https://coinsutra.com/best-erc20-tokens-wallets/)

the important thing is : You have to be the dude mentor.

The first advice I would give to you is to research. No matter you invest or you do bounty, you have to research about the project, the team, their activities events etc.

%90 of bounties turned out to be scams, they either did not pay or they paid 100 years later. You should be a part if you really trust them.

~snip~

My personal opinion is that bounty campaigns are a gamble and a potential waste of time. The reasons for this lie in the fact that you are doing something without any guarantee that you will later be paid for your work. Of course, everyone has the right to spend their time the way they want, and it is possible that you are lucky and find a bounty campaign that will really pay for your work.

I see that you already got some merits, and you only need some activity points to become Member rank. With that rank you may try to join some of the signature campaigns which pay with Bitcoins, have good&trusted managers, and there is almost no risk to not get pay.

But before that, you need to learn about crypto, and you will do that by reading other people's posts. My advice to you is to go that route because in the long run, it pays off much more, not only in coins, but also in the respect you will receive from the community in the forum.

The better, you increase first your activity I guess that is around the corner then you can wear member signature on your profile before you start asking for some advice over bounties better if you know first the forum, especially the rules.

Though they might be off-topic in a sense this is just to help you out on the process so I'll just give you the notable links for you to get started to know the forum, here it is;

Bounties will come and go but the value you put here and the lessons you've learned in the forum will stay, remember that.

Bounty isn't that worth it to deal with nowadays because almost all of them turn out to be failure or scam. Better to just teach them how to do trading thus they won't be dependent on a person's ability and knowledge. You don't need a guide on where should start because it can be googled easily or you can browse in forum such like this.

I've joined bounty several times but I did not even earn a single ETH at all. In most cases, bounties will tend to failed, scam or abandoned by owner. I suggest that you learn other things like trading which is also possible to earn money. Not all money earned are from bounties. Best of luck!

Please don't encourage people who know nothing about bitcoin or cryptocurrencies to go to Bitcointalk solely to attempt to earn through bounties. Not only that it will increase the spam here on Bitcointalk, but it will MOST LIKELY be a waste of time for your friends and family too. It's like getting someone to be a manager of a certain business without even knowing the ins and outs of the said business. They're seriously better off doing things that they actually already have knowledge and skills in, and simply use the money to buy bitcoin/crypto.

Visit bounty thread and see how to other people work on the bounty. For example Registration, Form fillup, Bounty works Submit, which wallet they are using.[Mostly use Myetherwallet]

Yes, You can share if your country will positive about cryptocurrency. If your country does not take crypto as positive then you should not promote it to others.

Yes, The bounty campaign was a good source of income here. But nowadays it is really difficult to identify a good/real project. After that, you can do bounties for earning. But I will suggest you to create a blog if you have knowledge about it. That can help you to earn some money when you join in the content bounty. Good luck

Don't do it. Read, learn, read, learn, post only when its relevant or helpful or if you have been unable to find the information yourself - avoid being looked at as a bounty hunter. In time 6 months maybe, if you are a cool member of the community there will be opportunities for you to earn far more than the meager payouts from bounties.

Just for clarification, this is not something that you are expecting right now. This is not any earning or investment platform. This is a crypto academy, satoshi created this forum for learning and discussion purpose. If your intention of join this forum then welcome. If you join this forum for earning purpose then you are likely on wrong place. I know many peoples earning from this forum including me, but as a newbie you should learn before you earn from here. When you will learn then you will realize yourself what should you do and when.

Regarding bounty, its just waste of time lately. If you have enough time on your hand then you may take risk. Because most of ICO skipping with fund and some are don't like to distribute bounty stake. Some distribute stake but never listing on exchange. So perhaps you may get reward from 10% of your job. So try to learn about forum and crypto. Just don't hunt for money always.

You are lucky that you at least earned 11 merit from anniversary contest (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5193860.msg53147407#msg53147407), otherwise this is the main challenge on the forum lately.

Newbies are not accepted to signature campaigns but your chance is the altcoins campaigns which article/blog campaign can be profitable. You only need a channel with good amount of followers and a blog for the campaign manager to check, some are just using medium.com

Social media campaigns will also be your option. These however are paying altcoins which if lucky can be traded on exchange. These days you will have to wait for a long time before these altcoins be listed on exchanges.
