Title: EXTRACTION COOLING
Post by: AJPOM1 on November 29, 2019, 06:27:22 PM
What size extraction fan do you need for each kw of power a miner uses ?. Ive got a warehouse at the moment with no extraction to outside i would like to add some extraction fans but dont know how to size them. Any help is appreciated.

It more depends on what miners you are using. You ideally want to be cycling through the same amount of CFM the miner puts through itself for cooling. I would want to add say 20% for inefficient airflow and future growth if you think that you may continue to grow.

I think s9's were something like 250 CFM each for an example. What kind of space are you using?

for 10 x 2500w miner ( T17, S9 , M3X, etc..), one extractor 50cm is enough (  extract 6900 m³/h  ).
