Cryptonator.com I dont receive LTC yet :( but... TXID is complete and  received about 14 hours ago
but in my LTC wallet on Cryptonator.com is still 0.00 LTC I open a ticket to support
but there is no answer yet... :(

Maybe try the Altcoin section? This section is about the forum itself.

Since they don't provide the private keys (https://www.cryptonator.com/contact/other/) it's solely them who own those wallets and it's only them who can fix / give you access to the money from that account.
So the only option you have it's to get them to the fix. You'll have to wait more, or maybe find other ways of communicating with them and ask them about the status of your ticket (you can post ticket number, but don't post other, more sensitive info). Twitter can be an option (https://twitter.com/cryptonatorcom), and although they don't post often, they did post 12h ago there.

They are the one who can answer your problem.
I suggest to contact them in different channel they use until they reply to you. since there are transaction that  been confirm by netwrok its only mean that the coin has been sent already to the provided  address.
