Elmanchez contacted me on Telegram several days ago, offering his services.  He wasn't begging or asking for a handout, and I sincerely believe he wants the earn his way.  I didn't have any work for him, so I declined his offer.

@Elmanchez, if I were you I would consider this a turning point in life.  If you do spend your money on gambling and cigarettes I suggest you stop.  I also noticed the same thing TMAN mentioned in his first reply, that you listed cigarettes as a "need," your first need.  I don't often feel the need to tell people how to live their lives or spend their money, but get your priorities straightened out, dude.

The internet tells me a pack of cigarettes in Azerbaijan costs about $1.50 so if you're smoking 1 pack/day that's like half your rent.
