Houbi is a reputable exchange and you can say that Houbi is one of the top exchange out there. I think it's okay to join that airdrop since they are not gonna ask you to do KYC and I can say that you can believe them and it's not ask you anything in charge.

This is indeed not a bad move from exchanges this days, this is another way to attract new users to make some few dollars through the airdrops, although sometimes the rewards are low but if top exchanges like huobi and binance can stick with airdrops it will worth it

Well Huobi is one of the trusted and reputable exchanges out there, so I think it's safe to take part in it. Even if you end up need to pass kyc at the end of the day. Considering the price pool is only $20.000 and another $30.000, so don't get your hopes too high to get a high reward. The $20,000 is for that follow and retweet mechanics while the $30,000 is for trading contest although people from some countries are not allowed to join.
