Had seen lots of crypto forums but unfortunately 99% of them failed to find enough potential to survive along with bitcointalk.org. I am not here you to discourage in any means. But, you people should form a strong team with physically known persons for developments of your forum and to moderate until your forum establish a considerable level in terms of daily traffic. Till then virtual hiring may not produce expected results even in long run.

Surviving along with bitcointalk.org must be a big task for any forum in this crypto space which means you must innovate new things along with mammoth budget for attracting regular poster like how paid-to-post forums are doing. For that real employees must be helpful in most cases.

if ver's forum isn't even gaining forum users, yours will be way behind in this competition. cryptotalk pay per posts works as of now but they may have to spend a lot of money until it gets users on regular basis that they need not to pay. but once they see users are forced to register in order to reply an allegations to the company they support they may have chances to make things rolling.  for coinstalks, its an uphill battle.

Are you looking for moderators just for current boards (Russian, Turkish, Philippines and Indonesian), or you want to add more language. If yes, could you specify from which country you're looking for people?
BTW, I really like how your forum looks. It will be difficult to survive in the shadow of Bitcointalk, but I wish you good luck.

Just to be clear, you're not only after a "local moderator" but also an "agent" that could bring traffic to your forum? Am I right?
- Does that mean, it directly reflects on their share/income [if there are any in the future] when you decide to pay them?

Update:
I'm quite sure it does.
In other words:
No traffic = No money :o

Just actually heard coinstalk even it's in fact launch some years ago. So I head on to coinstalk and it looks like a copy cut of bitcointalk user interface though it's like on a night mode.

Everything is distributed to users for now
So you mean the current users have a dividend on ad profit?

Based on their response on telegram. Yes. They wanted someone who could attract users from their own country. At least that's what the guy on telegram said.

I'm quite sure it does. They even mentioned not being able to pay for now and you'll only be able to earn "in the future".
Not sure if they do have ads on their forum now but I take it they can only start paying when the ads starts piling up on their forum.
So, to those who are interested, take notice. You might be working for months for nothing. ;D
