Title: Bet365 Restrictions
Post by: stifmaster on December 08, 2019, 08:43:43 AM
Hey guys,

How you avoid this kind of errors
"Restrictions have been applied to your account
If you have funds in your account, you can request to withdraw these."?

Most of the accounts are new ( bought from different sellers), get this message very soon. Sometimes even same day when account was bought even didn't do any bets.

probably there is a "cookie" or another track system able to get fake/multiple account....

That's difficult, maybe they caught you doing some actions that broke their rules or terms and conditions.
Multiple account is really probihited in Bet365, look what I've found:  https://www.quora.com/Is-there-a-way-to-successfully-make-a-second-Bet365-account

Possible solution is try to email them, or contact their support regarding to your problem.

Try asking the support specifically what is wrong? If it was multiple accounts, then give up. You were in the wrong after all. Try using VPN next time to avoid being detected. If it was some other problem, simply contact them and if you violated their rules, try asking for possible resolutions towards the problem, and a simple promise of not to repeat the same action again (This time, don't do it, like really, or if you are going to do it, at least do it without getting caught).

Support don't answer clearly the reason of restriction of the account.
For each account I use individual proxy adress. And as I told you I'm buying Bet365 accounts from the different sellers

This is a serious issue that needs to be requested support from bet365 assistance. Once restrictions is sanctioned with you, there's possible violation commited on your end, that's why it happened. You need to gather confirmation from them in order to have definite understandings towards the arising problem. Some issues really was strict on multi accounts, so in order to prove if you're not faking your identity you should provide proof of legitimacy if needed.

Just a question, why you buy multiple Bet365 accounts when you can bet using a single account ?
Does Bet365 allow multiple accounts, if not then they may have detected your multiple accounts. Also using different VPN address is not a perfect solution as your browser may still be leaking the data.

Trying with new email when the account was caught through cookies, will lead to OP's third account also to be caught. There cannot be sure way how gambling houses are tracing out second accounts. Most gamblers may change IP addresses and may change browser but gambling sites may use flash player based cookies which must need a new device for not getting traced out for multiple accounts.

Any solutions or advices pls?  ???
If your account was restricted due to the reason of multiple accounts, you must try to register with new device along with new ISP (a mobile data may give you different IP than your usual ISP which is even dynamic IP based). Register with new email and new name (better use your family member details rather than imaginary details for KYC needs in future).

If you do not have another device, you may try with virtualbox or by installing simple linux OS along with your existing OS.

Op, if you want to bet and not get in trouble, it's simple: don't break the rules! Multi-accounting is the most common reason people lose their access to their accounts and money when gambling. And it seems like you knew that it was prohibited and are now asking us to help you break the rules without getting caught, is that it? This community is built on trust and a person who's trying to cheat and is asking others to help would not be welcomed here. I am sorry if I got the situation wrong, and you accidentally broke the rules. Others have already explained who you were probably caught, so I don't think I can add anything to that.

You should not fight making a bet365 credential with a fake credential. Bet365 accepts almost all countries and it accepts many payment options which would be applicable to most of the countries. If you are not using the credential of your own country, they can easily flag you for always using an international IP for use.

They are in this space for a really long time and bet 365 is improving their system often and they are a billion dollar business and i am not using them because they are restricting users from my area and i think if you are using an IP from New Jersey then you will be able to use the site. If you purchase the account and if they block you then there is no way you can get it unblocked other than that if it is the account you created then their customer support can sort the issue in no time.

You should ask support before searching for answers to such questions here. Because the problem seems to be more in the website. You will receive the best answer from support.

There is your answer.

I'm pretty sure you are not allowed to use multiple accounts to get an unfair advantage.

Probably they found you were doing something against the T & Co.

I think that the problem op is facing is violating bet365 rules. The op did mention that there are more than one account and most of it are new. Bet365 might have detected that op have multiple accounts. Op: How many accounts do you have anyway?. If more than one, how many accounts have restrictions?.

I'm also pretty sure they've detected more than one account being used on your network or other similarities with perhaps the email or something else that's causing the account to be flagged and thus limited. The problem might also just be linked to how the account sellers are creating the accounts, though these issues also wouldn't arise if you weren't actively trying to break their terms of service in the first place. The support of the website's not going to tell you the exact reason why your accounts were limited so the sellers and users can't narrow down the issue and circumvent it again.

If you're trying to find a way to clear cookies for a specific site, Edit This Cookie (click for direct link) (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/editthiscookie/fngmhnnpilhplaeedifhccceomclgfbg?hl=en) should work for Chrome.

You cant. They have probably detected that you have multiple accounts and will not remove restrictions until you prove that the account belongs to you (KYC). BEt365 is very strict on that and wont budge until you do so. Hard luck if you are buying accounts. Why not try different platforms?

If you don’t want to be restricted use only account with your real data.Once you do this and if you abide bu bet365 rules you will not see this message anymore. There are many people on the internet saying that bet365 restrict your account if you win 3000-5000 Euros but this is not proven. The only bypass to that message is to play with your own account and not bought accounts.

you broke the TOS:

1.2 All customers must register personally and information supplied when registering with the Website (including without limitation full name, date of birth, address, contact email and personal telephone number) MUST be your information and be accurate and complete in all respects. Where this is not the case, we reserve the right to suspend the account and treat any deposits into the gambling account as being invalid (and any winnings arising from such deposit as void). Where an account is suspended, the relevant customer should Contact Us.

1.6 Customers may open only one account. Should we identify any customer with more than one account we reserve the right to treat any such accounts as one joint account.

To be honest, the chances of you getting your account back are 0%... all gambling sites are very strict when it comes to TOS, in fact they always use their TOS to earn money from customers, and when you break that TOS is basically as if you had offered them all your money in your account, you can't complain about something that you did wrong

You should be happy that they allow you to withdraw your money. You are consciously braking their rules by having multiple accounts which isn't allowed.
Why can't you create a normal account and use that like everyone else? Are you under-aged or located somewhere where bet365 doesn't operate? I don't think there are many places they restrict.

They are legal almost everywhere > https://onlinebettingcodes.co.uk/bet365-legal-countries/

My recommendation to you is to fake mug bets.

For example you make parlay of small odds (accumulators). Or you back low odds on single bets. You can try to take the opposite bet on another sportsbook (or better simply lay the bet on betfair exchange).

You can read more advise here https://insights.footballadvisor.net/2018/06/10/betting-systems/whats-all-this-about-fake-mug-bets/ I just hope Bet365 didn't restrict your account forever, in that case you will need a friend or a relative to open an extra account for you.

PS: very difficult to use a VPN to login on their website, big majority is blocked  :-\

It is already stated on the previous replies that you probably tracing/detecting using multi-accounts which is strictly prohibited in most gambling sites. This is not only Bet365 gambling sites, but all gambling platforms and you should also spend more time to read and understand what is TOS content. Probably you can contact their support and tell the truth that you have a multi-account but you are not abusing the system. I hope that the gambling site will forgive or if not, find another gambling site and learn your mistakes.

If it's a double account then they won't pay the winnings. If the account is restricted to small stakes then the OP is not a double account but a player who has en edge on obscure markets (usually small leagues). Bet365 don't like that but at least they always pay the winnings unless fraud attempts (double accounts, etc.).

Selling and buying "second hand" Bet365 accounts is very common on Facebook, but even if you buy one they will quickly find out it's a double account according to your betting patterns (and as said previously it's almost impossible to find a VPN that works on their site).

It's a risky thing when you use multiple accounts with just changing your VPN address. I guarantee you to not use that. Double check your safety, try to use much safer vpn address or IP address for you not to worry about your accounts.

You're taking a risk that is very harmful for you. Be careful when you do that.

i used to buy such accounts as well. But in the end it always gave me problems. since then i am only using bookies where i am able to register my own accounts.
On these bought accounts there were always issues. But now the bookies i use and where i have my own accounts never give me any issues. all deposits, verifications and withdrawals run very smooth.
