i don't want to raise money from ico, and create a platform coin, i just want to raise money from the community 。you will get more from our profit.

Will the employee need to wait until you complete something before he/she is paid?

You need to provide more information regarding yourself and the projects you've been working on, like you said "two exchanges".
What kind of improvement for exchanges that you aiming for? as there are a lot of exchanges with good service nowadays.
The last thing, you want to raise funds from the community, what are the deal and the guarantee that the donors' funds will not be carried away?

LOL the OP has email - "Raise BTC for exchange". This is a joke or what? You are looking for a free investor who will throw some pennies your way or have some real project to actually develop? The OP has even posted his btc address, looks to me like a poor begging attempt.

Of course you want to raise money. Maybe kickstarter will do you good? Look for private sugar daddies then and get paid to run your little business without a name nor a site. :D

I'm wondering what kind of "work" you did for these exchanges... ::) Since you will be needing the developers, UI designers and so on. What was your role in the development of these "more than 10 exchanges". BTW why didn't you name these? Are you under an NDA of some sorts?  ::) Would you consider escrowing the crowd-funded "Donations" till you deliver this so-called "improved-exchange"?

We do not need more platforms, just two platforms "with a good reputation" better than 100 platforms.

Designing a platform has a lot of legal consequences, so I don't expect you to find a developer eager to work with you while he doesn't know anything about you, why do you want to hide, is there anything related to money laundering?


Why not change the world by selling Bitcoin for less than a price or for simple profits using LBC or BTT?

The anonymous veil will only make people more suspecious of your approach. Better you find some local bank to fund your project if you are serious about it or start a private fund raising after having developed a basic viable product, in this case a small exchange system.

Nice try but no thanks. I prefer to keep my investments on projects that have real faces who I trust or not investment at all. Have seen enough of these circle-jerk bullshit methods of legal scams that have made my skin crawl and noobs coming to this forum begging for coins.

If they "donate" 1btc, they will own nothing.  That words reeks of scam.  Are you selling something legally or are you running an under the table scam?

How much will you charge for a 1% share with voting power?  Or will this be a centralized dictatorship exchange?

I suggest you post the crypto address.  Once the community sees the payments coming in, they may be more likely to donate.  Identifying yourself to the local government will help your credibility, esp if you want to run an exchange.   

You even failed to state your involvement in the said exchanges, where is your portfolio? where is your GitHub account that shows your pull request to those exchanges? What is the name of those exchanges that shows that you are part of the team?

Why you want money from THE COMMUNITY , and not use your personal money?
As you have declared, you have worked for at least 10 exchanges, so your pocket should be not totally empty! Plus people should give money for what type of improvments and gain what? just a free donation for an improved exchange? :(

OP quality over quantity, so tell us in which exchanges you are involved and what was your role there. If you helped to develop more than 10 exchange, that's really a decent number but I doubt, sorry.
I think you don't need to use protonmail, just regular gmail can be enough, this makes me to think that you are looking for extra privacy for yourself which rises some doubts, especially when you request money deposit for making an exchange.
In overall, it's very, very fun. That wallet will be zero forever until you deposit yourself cause no one will ever do that.

Lots of disconnect here, the OP says  he worked and help developed 10 exchanges already, so pretty sure he had earned a lot from being involved on those kind of stuff.

So he had all the experience up his sleeves, but then asking for developers, and worst, funding? where did all your money go? Lol, we can smell what's your real intention here.
