i want to buy BTC in lebanon! any help?

I don't know what's the local exchange that exists on Lebanon but you can try localbitcoins.

You should try localbitcoin or Facebook, there are a lot of groups created after the demonstrations and the closure of banks. I remember that the protesters created a site but I do not remember its name, I will add it when I remember.

If you do not succeed, you will need someone from outside Lebanon to perform the deal. Ask one of your relatives.

I thought to tell about localbitcoins.com but someone already explained the same clearly. As like that of you want to sell the ethereum you may use the localethereum site to sell the ethereum for fiat cash.
