Have anyone made money for betting on miss universe?
im sure someone made profit on this, and its not new that every competition are always connected with gambling
im sure there are people who did not expect south africa, and bet i think USA , Philippines, Columbia and many more
ofcourse i can't enumerate them all, but im sure there is gambling, made in those, ang the did not expect south africa
to made it, but congrats to the winners and all to the miss universe

i think there is a same thread last year or the year before about Miss Universe betting but just like the past?i did not bet on it because this is a woman thing and i dont think many Male will care about who's gonna win.maybe there are few but generally?NO.

but just like what you have said?even me did not anticipate that South Africa will take the crown again,this seems alternate wins from philippines and this country because Philippines won Miss u 2016 ,south Africa 2017 again Philippines 2018 and now South africa again 2019 .anyway congrats to The newly Crowned Miss their 3rd Crown title.

Well... I didn't. Had a local bet with some of my friends but the bets were quite heavy. We bet around 50$ on each of our choices and the winner receives 50%, top 2 receives 30 and top 3 receives 20. It was kinda fun and we were screaming around when results were announced. One guy won cause he decided to go for South Africa, while the others went for the popular picks. Congrats to them cause I didn't win any. Congrats to South Africa though!

Everyone don't have information or knowledge from all participant "Miss Universe", because of that some of the betting websites will not attend a bet match for "Miss Universe". If the election president still can happen, for example like USA Election Presiden some of the betting websites provide a match betting for president election. I believe no one really interested in "Miss Universe" since most of the gambler its a man, not woman.

I bet only few did bet on Miss Universe since a lot of people here are guys and obviously not all guys are into pageants. Since we're aware of gambling, we don't bet on something we don't really have knowledge. But since it's a main talk right now, I also didn't expect it to be South Africa. As a Filipino citizen, I root for Miss Philippines and was expecting her to be even part of the top 5 but sad to say she didn't make it to the top10. As I have read the statement of the new Miss U, I think she deserves the crown.

Yes. Couldn't find a local gambling site in my country where it opens up the bets for Miss Universe. Had to do it with some of my friends online and well, the result? Won by quite a bit. It was kinda difficult to get the pot though cause we were living quite far from each other. Had to communicate for quite some time then. Also, South Africa winning is no doubt not a coincidence, with the Dark skin tone being the favorite most of the time. Had to agree though, watched the pageant and she deserved it.

It was a good scope for gambling is about the thread of miss universe because today we are just a playing of cards and other games that is common in gambling place, there's no so much thrill. We also included the sports betting or gambling by giving support of betting and waging to our different teams and by the records and statistics of the group usually we bet on our favourite and gives extra money like in miss universe we have different biasses. Still, with these, it has a more confusing and exciting moment because we do not have enough data and records about the person who represents their own country, but still, they have the support on their countries with the use of betting.

I almost bet on the Miss Universe event, at first I was very confident that the candidates from the Philippines would be champions because their physical quality and intelligence were very high.   Congratulations for the Miss Universe from South Africa who has become a champion.

It's hard to bet on Miss Universe although there are strong favorites it all came down on how they will do well in the question and answer portion, it is the parameters judges are judging each finalist, gamblers prefer to gamble on sports and current events like elections, but not Miss Universe, the organizers are not promoting betting either.

I would repeat on what other members saying on this thread that having back to back champion is less likely so there would be no PH winner this time.
I didnt even expect for South Africa to take that crown but actually she do edge out other contestants specially into that social issues question which do
hit on the right spot. Lucky for those bettors who do risk up some dollars with the south.

I never thought of betting on such contest but after reading your post i think i can give it a try in the next beauty contest. Can you tell me which sites are generally offering these types of bets on miss universe or miss world contest.
Also if the Comedian Steve Harvey announce a wrong winner as he did in 2015, it will be a heart broken for those who are betting.  :D

Almost everything that makes sense of the competition has become a gamble, I personally didn't bet, but I also heard the Miss Universe. But I thought it was stupid and discriminating against the human race, but the competition showed me that it wasn't like South Africa won.

It was good to know that there were a gambling thread and bettings that support the worldwide event of miss universe too many people already request about having a thread and bet on the miss universe because even in sports bet we have football and seeking the boxing match too. Still, too day the miss universe happens, and yet there's no data and analysis recorded for the representative of each country it is good to know who is the new miss universe and what country it was a good income too because you don't know the probability of the winner on the pageant. However, still, it depends on their skills and performance.

I don't bet in the miss universe because I cannot get much information for each contestant. I think maybe some people in out there are betting on that and they can have their prediction on who will win the contest. But I am not sure that betting in the miss universe will be popular as not many people who want to know the news.

I didn't bet this time on an online site like Onehash on their special event gambling but I have bet for the Philippines with a friend of mine and lose big time because of it, and I think if I would bet my Bitcoin on the many contestants participating in this kind of pageant I would surely lose and I don't want to spend Bitcoin for now because of the low price that it had, so I just tried my luck on with the local betting that I know. 

I bet on Miss Columbia and the Philippines but Miss Philippines failed to enter the semi-finals which is surprising, I was surprised about Miss Africa it seems she is not even mentioned among the favorite here, congratulations to her, but there were so many memes's about his winning I wish people stop that and let's just all move on and support the winner.

I doubt if there are guys who attracted or willing to bet into something like this. This isn't soccer or other popular sport betting which liked by most of guys. Actually i think we (as guys) don't even care which country is win from miss universe. That's why there is no such like big gamble in miss universe

Actually, before I've seen a casino that have this but I didn't bet there. Looking at the number of total wagered, it seems that the interest isn't that much for that platform but sure there were guys that's into this kind of betting, something unusual but interesting.

I completely missed this event, but, I guess, the sites I usually play on weren't accepting those bets anyway. I would hardly watch the pageant, but I'd bet 10k sats on a girl I liked.

Well, I don't like a pageant, to be honest, that's why I never think that there's a betting site offer to place your bet in Miss Universe.
Can anyone here point the sports bookie that we can place a bet, maybe it will happen again next year so that we will know.

Most people really didnt expect South Africa will get the crown, but she really deserves it and congrats to her as well. I didnt bet in Miss Universe ever since but for me it is also exciting but it is better if the bet will start when there is only 6 candidates remaining because it is really hard to choose who will win if there are more than 90 candidates.

Same with you mate, I don't like it also and I never watch any beauty pageant even in our city who always have beauty pageant whenever we have fiesta. Besides, this is first time to see gambling site that has this kind of betting. For me, I rather spend my money in my favorite team in basketball than betting in a pageant.
