Like in your case, after 10 referrals you didn't receive any more bonus. Either that or the system only accepts 10 referrals per day (In case you actually referred them and accepted the bonus in only a single day). There are a lot of possibilities so might as well just check their rules if there are any limits set, that or contact their support and make them check out what happened to your bonus.

I highly believe that this issue should be on reputation section? Now, you have to complete 10x roll over before the amount gets transferred to your personal wallet.

You will receive 50% of whatever they earn from every person you refer. The instant referral bonus applies only to the first 10 persons referred by you. There is nothing to complain about here since this is how it's supposed to work.
