Market is still to volatile and I hope things will change in the nest 5 years.
I think real estate was and will be the most reliable one. BUT: in this case you have to invest a really large money amount, but not everyone has it. Your ways :) Passive income is the best way to invest for me. Having said that, IT stocks and Real estate is the best choice you can make. You invest money and you enjoy profits - especially when you invest in dividend stocks. Some staking coins gives close to 1% in 10 days. Or you can choose more secure coins like ETH (After the PoS fork) who will pay almost 5% annually.
Holds coins like bitcoin is a bet, maybe could be a nice investment if you are ready to hold more than 5 years. It's Jeff Bezos and his business is e-comm. If you're also living in rural areas and undeveloped cities, you might want to check what are the services that are not in there and you will have an idea. Similarly, crypto is another investment love of mine in which I invest.

Your ways :) If I had a lot of money right now I would be investing in Real Estate. Real Estate is always a sector that can give profits when the economies are in recession or in growth. The problem here is that you need huge capital investment in order to endure the competition in the market and stabilize profits. |
