 I am looking for some ideas in regards to spending my bitcoin. ONLY LEGAL IDEAS PLEASE.

What are some good things to do with BTC, instead of just cashing it out and converting it into flat fiat. Right now, I do not live in a country that is modernized with BTC and pretty much there are very little places to spend BTC directly. I only saw that some cafes and small shops accept BTC, but that is about it. (Its cool though, I can buy beer at my bar with BTC)

So, any ideas?

I personally think best things you can buy with bitcoin is here. Most of the prominent sellers are here because I found out  observing here. Also you will get to know lots of artists here as well. I am thinking about some projects done by them with my investment for 2020 if all goes well with me. Something new! I am thinking.  :)

It always depends on where you live. In some areas you can buy cars for Bitcoin (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4712140), some dealers already accept it.
There are plenty of online stores, you just do a web search and you'll have a great list, I won't mention that.
And back to your area, coinmap (https://coinmap.org/view) may also give you good ideas where you can spend.

Best thing i get to buy with bitcoin is CASH. USD, EURO, etc..

I'm think of traveling while only have my laptop with me and a motorcycle, I can sleep from motel to motel going to earn BTC every day while also working hobo jobs. If there is a fast food chain that I can buy meal with BTC, it be great to buy hotdogs and burgers for a meal.


That's basically one of the best use for BTC, to turn it into cash.

I highly doubt you'll spend bitcoin the way you wish without converting it into fiat. The only way that I can see to spend only bitcoin seems to find local food delivery company that accepts bitcoin and buy any food you wish with bitcoin. Another way is to buy giftcards via bitcoin and spend that in local store or if amazon offers same day delivery in your country, use purse.io or giftcards and get any order from amazon with bitcoin payments.

You guys still have a lot to learn.

Oh don't get me wrong, i still suppor the idea of cashless system, where bitcoin can be used to purchase anything....

But then there's life, and each country has it's thing, so in the end, if you trully want to exchange btc for an item/service, most of the time the only way is getting cash

You can buy a lot of things with Bitcoin. Actually pretty much everything. you can buy plane tickets to your engagement ring with bitcoin. in some countries it may not be possible but in some countries you can do it.
and you can buy Domains and hosting with Bitcoin with namecheap.com so if you want a nice website and don't want to use your card or paypal. you can pay using bitcoin and register your domain name in minutes.

Thanks for the replies, saw some good posts here. Took a look at that website that offered stuff to me in BTC, but I still do not know if I will use it. I also agree that currently the best thing to do with BTC is to exchange it into fiat. But, I have a feeling that in the future, if bitcoin is to succeed, we have to normalize transactions in BTC and basically avoid fiat notes.
So, I will think some more what to do with the BTC,

In my experience, very few websites actually accept Bitcoin directly, and certainly not major companies that have a global presence.

With that said, there are a few different companies that allow you to purchase gift cards for a variety of retailers using Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

Gyft and Bitrefill are two options, and Bitrefill, in particular, gives you a 2% discount for using lightning, which can make some gift cards cost below face value.

Unless you're strapped for cash, or just wanna treat yourself to something nice, don't sell it. Stack it, save it.

Or buy gold.
