Use of same address is not proof enough, admins simply didn't review this case yet or maybe i didn't report it properly? This was my first ban evasion report, so maybe i did something wrong.

One of the accounts was active few months ago , yan.s.var. Last Active: October 25, 2019, 09:04:44 PM. He didn't write anything though.
