20% in 24hr would be a hell of alot of interest to charge.   Who would volunteer to do that, so very likely recycling capital until some lose out.

I've used valid sites like this with interest and the same rule on min deposit is a donation, at that time 0.01 BTC was considered a donation too small to bother with.   People didnt like the site owner and he was indeed rude as hell but also he did eventually arrange to return the 'tiny' amount of BTC back to me.    Any decent site gives some amount of leeway to ordinary people, its a fair indication when they have no allowance for that.
