My bets were all rejected on Ezugi, 0.75mb were lost during this event.

So on my first bet 0.25mb or ($2 lol), a message popped up says bet are rejected.

I thought okay, I will be refunded, but my balance earlier was 1.274mb, now 1.024mb

Contacted Ezugi on the chat, a simple "Hello" would takes minutes to response.

Timeline are included on the bottom right of each game.

I tried a 2nd rebet if the bug persist, it does. I took a screenshot.

If all bets are rejected how I played correctly?

I tried a 3rd rebet with recording application after the dialog.

Games are not played correctly, their support took half hour for a ticket number.

Ezugi, bad game provider, they said need 48 hours to investigate.
