Challenges to jurisdiction are rebuffed by NYOAG by reference to evidence before the hearing court of relevant contacts with the state as recently as 2019. In a blog post on its website, Tether responded to NYOAG's brief, claiming that the state "offers a highly misleading factual presentation" and fails to identify any victims of the exchange.
