Every day, there are many things we have to do. Business, family, friends ... There are times when I really don't know what to do when the work is always around. Can you give me advice?
Sometimes I want to spend time with myself but it's really hard. ???

 This is a Bitcoin forum.  BITCOIN.  It's the source on the net for all things BITCOIN... not so much for anything else (well maybe altcoins).  Don't come here for advice on work-life balance - we're a bunch of freaks mostly.  There are thousands of books and website about work-life balance (https://lmgtfy.com/?q=work-life+balance) which likely be a much better place for the advice you seek.

That is a problem for everyone. Here's a thought.

Suppose you see a beautiful woman/man that you would like to get together with. But they are already happily married. Of course their spouse is a different person than you are. But consider. The spouse is having similar feelings of closeness to the person they are married to as you would have if you were married to that person.

In other words, there are other people around who do the things in life that you don't have time to do. They have feelings about what they do, just like you would have if you did those things.

We are not built to do everything. We are built to do only so much. Think your life out, and pick a direction you enjoy. Then do the things that you have chosen. After all, other people do the other things, and they feel the feelings of doing those other things... just like you would if you did the other things.

So, do something, so that you get the enjoyment of doing them. Why wait around trying to decide what to do. Get some joy by choosing a direction and going for it.

If you enjoy your job then you won't blame about too much of work so either you need to move to different job which you may like or follow your passion if you have any.Having friends and family is not a burden to be honest. :(

organise your days better

what alot of self employed people do is a get a day planner and actually cross out certain times. so that when a customer calls to book an appointment/visit/service you can just say your busy with another customer(little white lie)

many customers dont actually like people who seems too lackin of work that they can turn up instantly. yes they enjoy the fast service but they question your quality if your too open
its like night clubs and even bitcoin transactions. people think things are more popular and useful if the are left waiting, they think it must have a real demand and desire if they have to wait a bit.

so telling someone you can be there in 10 minutes rather than 45 minutes works agaist you.
try to give yourself an extra 30 minutes so you can see ur family and do some prep work before turning up to the customer.

also try to work out what jobs and tasks take the most time to do and find ways to do them faster or better that way it reduces how much time you waste and then gives you more free time

take bitcoin trading. instead of buying a coin and then waiting for a price before putting in a sale order. meaning your watching the screen like a zombie. just put a sell order in at a higher price your happy with and ofcourse by the time the price moves up to your order it will fill automatically. meaning you dont have to sit like a zombie watching the screen but instead get on with other things and just get alerted when the trade fills

in short:
dont be afraid to allot a bit of personal time in a work calender for family/work prep
become more efficient and find ways to multitask to reduce time wastage

It is not hard, you have 24 hours a day, you can use them in your work, with your family, with your friends, and even for your sleep, relaxation, and with yourself, You need to organize your time, Give everything its time and don't waste time on things that not benefit you, you have to be energetic, not to be lazy, and always be optimistic and love your works until you finally find your pleasure and comfort.

You follow the rules set. Divide specific work hours so that you can allocate your workload. Do important things first

why not just stop working for at least 1 week?and enjoy life outside comfort zone?the reason why we are working is to gain money and to enjoy life ,so dont stress your self and just take a break sometimes.

The work will choose you, lol. Or you should pursue your own passions and interests. I left all my work at the company and at home with the cryptocurrency market. I feel happy every day.

You don't know what to do? know your priorities. By doing that, you can easily distinguish knowing the things that you have to do. If you still don't know your priorities, take time to vacation. It's probably what you needed most.

To chill and relax and after taking time for yourself, you can now think lightly of the things that you have to do. Practice time management too.

Nothing to impossible in this hard man this take easy so why you want take hard? First think keep yourself and work time then you will make enjoy life with family, friends everything. You want good sleeping then you need enough money , you want enough money then you need more hard working.

I agree, it's hard to manage all of the things you want to do at the same time or same day. You must balance everything. My advice is you must do atleast 2 things in a day like. Business and family. Family and friend or business and friends. Don't settle if you can't handle. Remove or resched in other day the one thing that is not very important. In that way you can manage everything in a week

I usually have too much work when I'm lazy and procrastinate. Therefore, so there are no busy days, when I do everything in advance.

Doing work in advance is also kind of lazy mentality,we have to allocate our time for the day to complete our daily tasks.

You need time management. How many hours are you working everyday?

If you're not happy with your work then I think it would be better to find another job wherein you can enjoy working while earning at the same time.

Know your time is limited and spend it wisely on things that bring joy to yourself or help others prosper.

You're right, just do what we like, why hesitate? This life is too short to wait. Thank you for this advice. Wish you success with your life.

I do enjoy my job, i do love my family, my friend. So I want everything and the people around me whom I love to be happy. But I was too focused on work and forgot what my loved ones needed ... Maybe I had to adjust myself and have a reasonable schedule for work and people who love me.

You need to be disciplined in your daily schedule.
I sleep 6 hours, work 10-12 hours. spend the rest with family and friends
Sometimes maybe work is not that busy or you depend on something to be finished before you move on so you can talk with a friend over phone.

There are circumstances however when maybe you need to work 14-15 hours a day and that leaves you with no much time. It's just life

you have mentioned above about life being too short so i think this is the right time to give yourself happiness of course with your family and friends .

there is no wrong to work hard because we need money to sustain the needs of our family but if you sepnd too much time in work then what will happen to the family?they need you and not only your money.

In order to work, you must first choose a place of work In this Bitcoin talk forum there are many places where you can work. If you do not want to be able to work everywhere you will have to show proof of your talent and work first then the Kazi will determine if you are suitable for the job There are several places to practice You can also read books.

Sorry for being banal but I think that first of all, we all need to find out what are the most important things in our life. As soon as we know it we can start gradually paying more attention to them. When we know where our real interest lies our attention goes there and then our actions follow. But to know all this we need to be really attentive and self-aware. Otherwise, this important stuff will just keep disappearing from our consciousness. 

For me I think there’s a way to go about it

Planning.

You need to split your schedules and put it down on paper and reminders
Then plan to stick and obey it
