Your Kernel Log shows the following: Chain[J6] has 63 asic Chain[J7] has 63 asic Chain[J8] has 63 asic Which means the three hashboards are perfect, temp-sensors are also fine, if you are referring to this line I have a few miners with the same "issue", it should indicate a problem in one of the aspects of the miner, but it is not always accurate, so as long as you are getting the right hashrate and all boards show 63 Asics, ignore the rest.

you lost your ethernet connction so do you have hard wired ethernet? if so first try a new cable.
next when a board goes out like yours it simply may be dead or close to dying.
Or it like a very clean ethernet conection which you dropped.
once you try a new cable if problem is still occurred.
try disconnection of one board via the 3 jacks for pcie.

see if this makes 2 good and 1 dead run it for hours. if it makes 2 dead boards it means the first one is a good board move on.

try this pattern if it makes 2 dead boards it means the third one is good and the middle board is dead
if it makes 1 dead board it means the discount board is the dead one.
once you are certain the correct board that has issues and is sometimes dead mark it with a little piece of tape.
now only hook the dead board to the pcie power cables. make sure the 2 good board have the pcie cables disconnected. also make sure the good boards are not connected via the white controller wires.
boot with just the know dead board and one set of the controller wires.
never detach the controller wires from the controller.
if still dead
uplug the controller wire from the dead board.
pick one of the two loose ended controller wires and put into the dead board boot.
if dead the board is dead and needs repair.
if you can still do firmware updates try braiins it may work.
If not look for a repair guy.

You getting 16.5th on S9 means you are overclocking the hell out of it ;D
There are two reasons why would one hashboard shows 0 asics.
1- high frequency.
Not all boards can handle the same frequency, to solve this , you need to lower the frequency.
2- one or more chip/s are dying on that board, you will need some tools and skills and a spare chip to fix that, not worth doing now that these gears are pretty cheap, but it is your call.
