This Belgian startup has launched a smartcard BTCicoin hardware wallet. Reading the satochip.io website, it look like a chip card (like ID or bank card) where the private keys are stored. This hardware wallet is fully compatible with Electrum 8) It look like it supports several crypto-currencies : Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH) and Litecoin (LTC). https://i.imgur.com/e4LGNB0.png Technical specifications : Security : This hardware wallet is highly secured because it uses a chip, the same used in the bank business field. Secured chips are proven and deemed inviolable. When the cryptographic keys are generated and stored within the chip, they never leave it. Access to the card is enforced through the use of a PIN code. How to use : To use this hardware wallet, you need a client Electrum, Electron Cash or Electrum Litecoin and a chip card reader.
