Been using Jaxx Classic on my Android phone to store mined ETH After the App update ive been logged off from my wallet and now cant find my 12-word phrase anywhere Is there any way i can get a private key from my phone? Or a mnemonic phrase? Or maybe theres a way to get an older version of app back, where ive been logged in? Thanks in advance! You really should have written down your 12 word seed and kept it on a piece of paper, somewhere safe, that is the first rule. From the link you posted their support is saying that your seed is encrypted on your device somewhere but you can't access it unless you jailbreak your phone. Doing that opens up a whole new level of attack vectors. But you still need to know where this data by Jaxx is located in your phone, so contact the support and ask. Also jailbreaking the phone could maybe wipe some data from it. I don't know. Get as much info about it as possible before you do it.
