A short comparison of the best ones of both markets:

One of the best-performing companies of last 10 years Amazon stocks share price - in January 2009 bit below $50, now $1760.

Bitcoin - in March 2010 - $0.003, now - $6840.

Right now? Crypto. Crypto is booming bro like literally booming so bad. Crypto tops off as the highest return in the past ten years against apple and amazon, which I really think is stupid in comparing btw since BTC literally spawned 10 years ago and where Apple and Amazon was founded in the 1900's, just looking at the price difference of the market then and now is enough to give reason why the comparison is unfair, but that's not my point.

Crypto has a huge investment of return as of 2019, which amounts to $2.3 Billion. The others only stand to not even 10% of what bitcoin achieved. That already says enough as to what is actually better right now to invest in. Not saying that stocks isn't a good way to profit, just that you could profit more in Crypto in the past, since it literally was unknown. Stocks on the other hand, require the company to actually boom out, with a never before seen type of product before it could achieve a boom in its price.

Spoken like someone who got in at a good price--and that's what it's all about, getting in at the right price.  I don't know if crypto is booming or not, because it seems like the market is going sideways right now.  But if you'd bought bitcoin in 2015 and kept it, any point in 2019 would look very good.  But if you're new and bought at $10k-20k, you're probably feeling a little sick right now.

Bitcoin - in March 2010 - $0.003, now - $6840.
Can't argue with that, but it's a little bit misleading.  All of the huge gains may already have been made since bitcoin was at or near zero.  Or maybe not--I don't have my crystal ball handy, and it doesn't work anyway.

And I can't compare crypto to the stock market anyway.  They're two very different types of investments and the markets act very differently.  I like both for very different reasons, and I'd be hard pressed to pick which one I like more.  I do think the stock market is pretty overvalued right now, so it's probably due for a big correction.

Bitcoin is probably more volatile but also has the most potential for big gains. If you know what you are doing, go with Bitcoin.

What are other ways to get good profits besides crypto?
Basing on my experience we do have lots of different markets.

Forex
Stocks
Cryptocurrencies
Bonds
Derivatives

etc...

Talking about profitability? No question on here where crypto would have the edge.Come to think that higher volatility does produce more high chance of profits
but same goes into its risk of losing money.

If we do try to compare then it would be yes. You cant get average of 2-3% increase on a certain day or more specially on Forex/Stocks which can be possibly attained with Crypto.

Just dont only forget that you can lose up fast too in case if you've done something wrong with your trade. If you can handle out the risk then you can proceed on.

Both market can make you profit if you are good at it.  But I can imagine how difficult that would be if you trade on both market. Crypto market is addictive specially because you as a user here in bitcointalk can participate in the investigation and may even accuse the team who develops  the project in case you are frustrated with what the team is doing. Its best to enjoy the norms here in crypto.

You can't do that in Stock Market. You can't just publish something and get a dim light for few stock market investors to listen to you, they operate on close doors.

The question seems to be out of the context. People have different preferences.

Instead of asking which is the most profitable, I suggest fully studying what are they e.g characteristics, specifications, functions, nature, market, risk-involved, etc.

If you are serious about that study, you will soon answer that question. Yes, only you can determine which one suits you.

It differs with users based on the learning about the market. Most users who have begun to follow cryptocurrencies finds it easier than stock market. I've got a friend who is engaged much into stock market, and here to certain extend it can be predicted precisely. This isn't possible with cryptocurrency trading. I suggested him to try with cryptocurrency, but the market isn't that perfect to predict. I find it easy to learn as predictions were based on random choice than calculative measures as stocks.

This is unfair to compare. But look at the fact that many people invest in cryptocurrencies for the profit it brings. I'm not sure that the number of people investing in securities is less than the number of people investing in cryptocurrencies, but the number of people investing in cryptocurrencies has been booming recently. This shows that profit from cryptocurrencies is easier. It is as a trend, the trend is only formed in favorable conditions, i.e., cryptocurrencies are more profitable.

I do even have friends that came from forex trading and now they are trading up into crypto due to this valid reason
of volatility and yes its booming up which means theres potential and when it comes to volume, it might not be the same
on bigger markets when it comes to liquidity but having a heavy volume is an ideal place for you to trade on specially
prices are way too moving not compared to other places which you would need to wait up for some time before
making any profits.

The answer to your question isn't easy. In 2015-17 if you came in with a lot of money you could make bags of money on anything you touched as long as it wasn't a scam.
Any shitcoin would give you 300% a year and some 100% every month. Bitcoin could give you 500% a year easy. That's impossible in the stock market. But if you decide to join know it's hard to say if you'll be able to make 500% on Bitcoin again. 20k I by all means achievable and we will go there again but that's only 300% gain. It's possible to make 300% on the stock market as well.

Bitcoin is probably more volatile but also has the most potential for big gains. If you know what you are doing, go with Bitcoin.

The main problem with people in this space is that they don't know what they are doing.  :D

People often think that stocks are boring, but that's absolutely not the case. Tech stocks have gone through severe volatility as well throughout the last couple of years. In terms of market cap loss/gain the fluctuations for the largest stocks are worse than in crypto. Facebook for example dumped 20% within 24 trading hours. Prior to the dump it had a +$500 billion market cap. $100 billion evaporated just like that. Pooff.

Forex markets are probably more brutal than crypto with how the leverage you can apply to your trades goes well beyond what Bitmex offers. 400-500x leverage is what some brokers offer. If you want to gamble it can be done anywhere. Crypto is nothing special in that regard.

Depends on the stock of your choice and same goes for crypto. Also, the amount of capital matters if you're asking which is way more profitable. I don't have much stocks and I'm with crypto so I'm answering base on what I have and for me crypto is better.

What are other ways to get good profits besides crypto?
Capital gains? real estate? lending? other real world businesses and legitimate investments that you can see the rich people has.

News stories published by the media and underlying political agendas do more to influence the value of markets and crypto than natural market mechanics. The price of bitcoin has declined more from news stories than it has through any other source. Later we find many of these news stories like the ones about binance shanghai offices being "raided" and google achieving "quantum supremacy" were untrue. Which could indicate ulterior motives or insider trading.

To answer this question, a person must know american presidential elections are due up in 2020. If Donald Trump is re-elected he will implement policies which create jobs and incentivize economic growth. If a democrat wins the election, they will sharply raise taxes, spending and the deficit which will cripple US job markets and the economy. If a democrat is elected, the US stock market will crash as the stock markets of other nations have crashed after leftist candidates with high tax, high spending, plans were elected.

This same precedent applies to crypto to a degree. Underlying agendas and ulterior motives coupled with news published by the media do more to influence the value and price of bitcoin than natural market mechanics. This is one reason why AI trading bots and technical analysis tend to not be effective. They can't predict market movements in advance as those are typically precipitated by news stories published by the media which are impossible to predict, without some insider knowledge.

At the moment I believe china wields the biggest influence over bitcoin and crypto prices. They have the largest crypto mining industry which allows them to set prices depending on the value at which they dump crypto they have mined. To answer the question of how great an investment crypto will be over the long term, a person may naturally need to guess what china's long term plan is. Will they continue to dump at low prices or seek higher prices? BTC halving in 2020 could also play a major role as it is something that regulators and market manipulators can't necessarily undermine.

If you are looking for short term profits go for crypto trading but if you prefer long term investments go for stocks. Butactually crypto can be good for long term too.

Aside from investing in digital assets, putting up a physical business is a good alternative.

In my oppinion, the stock market is still a better market than the crypto market, especially in Europe. Because we know that the crypto market is a decentralized market, it does not have the protection of any organization and so large organizations can turn the tables around at any time. Besides, the crypto market is also a pricing market so it's never good to trade long term, it's too risky. The stock market is a safer place and can bring extremely good and stable returns in the long run.

Amazon is currently worth more than $ 887.8 billion and its lowest price is $ 1.54. You should know that Bitcoin has no value, it is only pumped up by big institutions and when they leave you will see the future of Bitcoin. so don't compare this manipulated property with a great business, it will be a lame comparison!

The answer is subjective, you cannot say it is better to trade stocks than cryptocurrencies or cryptocurrencies are better than stocks. It depends on the trader, there are trader who are good in stock trading or vice versa. I'm a stock trader and a cryptocurrency trader both are risky but cryptocurrencies are more volatile. The stock market is a little bit difficult to be manipulated caused by the fundemental of the company depends on the result of its financial report ( if the company goes public)
In crypto anything is lack of the transparency especially with it comes to the ICO or IEO market. matic has become a very good example about how crypto market is lack of transparency.
This is just a suggestion if you can merge both of your post into the same quote.

In conclusion if stock market is much better caused by when a company wanna do IPO and listed on the stock market and it might have a good valuation, financial report, product and various things related to the performance of the company.

I don't understand why to choose one of them.

Crypto is relatively new and unstable. Not many intitutional investors are there and it also highly manipulated. But at the same time volatility is really high when you compare it with any stock index. Thus, you can earn good profits in short while and similarly you can lose a lot too.

Stock will give you more stability in terms of your trade. Plus, fundamental analysis have a big role to play in stock market which is not the case with crypto. This give you more control over your trade. But the profits are not that high as in cryptos.

So, rather going with one of them. Have a diverse portfolio by investing in both.

Both markets can bring you good profits if you know how to trade. Similarly, both of these markets are equally risky. It is better to trade on both, if the Deposit allows and clearly adhere to the trading strategy. In addition to investing, you can also open your own business. In it, profits will depend on your actions, not the actions of the companies in which you invest.

The cryptocurrencies are more volatile so as a beginner it is better to trade in stock market firsts. This question does not have a simple one word answer. It depends on what a person started with initially and how they learnt trading on that sector. One may be very profitable in stocks or crypto or both. Its not inherent that one market is more/less profitable. Here though, since majority of member comes for discussing about cryptocurrencies, it will be the answer of choice - which is obviously a biased answer because of the wrong selection of target population.

But I hope you have understand what I tried to mean.

Quote

Crypto is not a means to make profit. Trading is, understood the subtle difference? Now there are other speculative markets to involve yourself in but before that make sure you have a proper job to give some stable income to survive. Then you can look into precious metals, commodities and the more risky ones like leverage trading.

It all depnds on when you entered, that's the same for both stocks and crypto. For example just yesterday a whale crashed BTC prices to below $7k. If you bought just a day before that, you can say that you've lost quite alot.

It's all about right timing. Check the trend and only enter when you think it's low enough to buy but not too low that it might never recover.

Crypto market has the more volatility for its market cap value compared to stock market so obviously crypto is more profitable as well as more riskier.

We don't have any time machine to predict which coin will boom like bitcoin so if you want safer side pick the stocks and wait for decade to make decent profits.

if you play in the stock market in the long run I think it's natural and the profits are also great, but you are careless if playing in the crypto market holds in the short term obviously it will hurt if you buy wrong, but if measured in the long run, you might see buying bitcoin since 2010 maybe you have become rich if you sell bitcoin 2017 then, actually it's back to yourself to invest in the short term what's the long term

In terms of stock trading, there is really a specific time in trading. In my country the stock exchange open at 9:00 am and close at 3:30pm. If you have full time job it is better to trade at cryptocurrency market because the market is always open. In terms of profitability, I go with stock market because I used to trade with it and I'm still studying cryptocurrency market because it is really hard to  win there.

I think crypto investment is more profitable than the stock market. but certainly has a greater risk, especially when the bear market as it is today. and crypto investment requires extra patience when the market is not moving according to our expectations. and to succeed in the crypto market we must be good at speculation. buy when it's low and sell when it's high.

If you look at the last seven years the bitcoin market is leading when it comes to investor profits as the percentage is far higher than any other market, if you are looking for stable growth then there are many other markets like bonds, forex and gold but i would suggest any investor to put a share of investment in bitcoin too, i am not vouching for the rest of the alt coins but bitcoin is a sure shot profit.

This is the truth, the profit you make in any market depends on the entry point and the stock market has rallied a lot in the past few years and hence i will not suggest investing in the stock market at this point and so is the case with Foreign Exchange Market as the valuations are not conducive to make a huge return if you invest at this point in time but the case with BTCitcoin is different as the market is still recovering from the bear market we had in the past and if there is any market to invest then BTCitcoin market is the right place to make a profit than the rest of the market.
If you are looking for safe investment then investing in mutual funds is a good option as long as the stock market is booming.

To summarize it to you:

Cryptocurrency = High risk, high reward.
This is because most cryptocurrencies are decentralized, and therefore volatile. You could earn, or lose a lot in just few hours.

Stock Trading = Lower risk, lower reward
Due to lower volatility, you can't earn that much especially if your capital is low. Higher investments, however, yields to rewards enough for a living (but needs extensive knowledge on charts and indicators).

It doesn't matter which makes more profit but i think the question should have been which is a suitable way in making profit. Because ever since i join the financial investment industry stocks have never been a sure bet for me. I always lose and so many friends of mine also did same, but with crypto is more like a win win for everyone unless you decide to go in for margin trading or sell cheap. I like to invest into cryptocurrencies other than stocks.

Still better to do both, I have both but more focus on crypto as it's too volatile unlike in stocks that if we buy some shares in company we can just hold it especially if that company is known in your country as they are good to hold for short or long term with less risk.

If you think there are sure bets in investment, then you just could be in for a rude shock somewhere down the line;) There's that age-old advice you'll find on any prospectus for stocks or any other formal investment vehicle: never invest what you can't afford to lose.

I do agree crypto is win win... whatever the price, it's something I can use to keep value, to transact in, to earn my salary in and to pay for things with. Speculation aside, there's actually other stuff I can think of where Bitcoin's useful in itself. Signing a message to prove ownership of funds, how about that?

Both can be as profitable as you can get as long as you know what you are doing. Fundamentals of trading apply to both. So if you just throw in money because people are saying crypto is profitable, then prepare yourself to lose money.

My stock investment in 2017 has doubled in value. You cannot say that the same is true to those who invested in bitcoin in late 2017.

If you are looking for profit, then crypto would be your best alternative but be sure that it comes with its own costs too which is the risk of losing your investment before you even get to learn about how the crypto market works. Today we have seen price crashed, we have equally seen an ATH and so seen some fairly rise in price. You need to be mentally ready for what comes. Other route again is to do investment in other less risky sources of inflow such as Treasury bills, mutual funds or crowdfunding a project to then share in its profit.

Right now? Crypto. Crypto is booming bro like literally booming so bad.

If you have enough skills, market volatility is making cryptocurrencies much more profitable. As well in some countries, you can only trade/invest in the stock market by a licensed broker. On the other hand pump and dump schemes are banned on stocks, but not crypto, so then each ICO/small volume cryptocurrency can be a potential trap.

Depends on your country. Stocks generally do not do as well as crypto in terms of price increase. Being long I traded it. Probably around 2006-2011 when things weren't as fast as they are today.
My experience back then wasn't a pleasant one. Most of my stocks were disappointing that I had to sell everything. I probably was patient and experienced.

Stock market is quite good, however, the rights isn't totally about you. You are just taking up a small propotion to a total stock market of a company you are investing with. For a lesser risk, you could have your way in stock market. In addition, in stock market, you won't be getting a bigger income when your investment is way too small. While on crypto, though the risk is highly immeasurable but the income return here is totally different. You could either earn x3 or more than of what you have invested here but the downside is that, it might all go back to zero when market isn't in your favor.

Of course, the cryptocurrency market will make you a lot more profitable than the stock market. In the cryptocurrency market, you can see BTC go up to $ 1,000 or go down to 1,000$ in just a few hours and altcoin increases 5-10 times in just one day. That's what the stock market can't do, and so the cryptocurrency market is also very risky to invest because you can lose money at any time

Each venues of investment needs patience and proper understanding, if you do know how the market will go then it will value the time that you will be using in order to find success from the field that you pick. Most of the time stock traders also follow crypto market as they seen opportunities. Using their knowledge with stock they start studying the potentials and once convince they will place their investment and see the growth of their money.

It is obvious that if your aim is to get as much profits as possible in the shortest amount of time then the market of cryptocurrencies is by far the best bet, but that doesn't necessarily mean that this is the best market, there are many other factors that you need to take into account, for example we know that in this market there is a huge amount of scams and it is almost impossible to hold those people accountable for their crimes.

And if that was not enough the volatility of this market is many times higher than in the stock market and there are people that cannot deal with those movements and if that is the case then it is better for you to stay in the stock market.

This depends on our goal to invest, because everyone has different goals. As we know cryptocurrency and stock markets have
very different characteristics. If you want a safe investment, choose the stock market because investing there is safer, compared
cryptocurrency is very high risk. But if you want to get a fast profit and a large profit, choice of cryptocurrency. Because of investment
in cryptocurrency can be very large profits if you see the price is very volatile, can be used to generate large profits. For me since in
investment has the goal of wanting to generate a large profit, then I would prefer cryptocurrency that has opportunities greater to
obtain large profits and fast. Even though it has a very high risk.

Crypto and stocks might have the same idea in terms of how to make a profit out of these but you must understand that their market behavior does have a big difference so we can't just say who will give you a better return.

You need to gain knowledge on both for you to understand what would be the best to choose.

Because we are in a crypto-related forum, expect that people will vote on crypto but if you look at the status of stocks today, there are lots of big institutions and companies involves in stock market.

It's all about right timing. Check the trend and only enter when you think it's low enough to buy but not too low that it might never recover.

I think this is one reason we shouldn't be afraid of crashed that much. IIRC Buffett made his fortune during one. For people who have never tried stocks and forex, yes I really don't think now is the right time. Better put that money to other uses first.

It really helps to have a fat enough emergency fund to weather what's coming (personally I'm working towards that). Any extra saving I'd probably put in crypto first. Even if it also get affected by a crash, because of how volatile it is, I have a higher chance of at least making the money back quicker unlike other investments (i.e. real estate) that might take years to recover after a crash.

My stock investment in 2017 has doubled in value. You cannot say that the same is true to those who invested in bitcoin in late 2017.
The reason is because the stock market was going higher during that period while the bitcoin market was going through a bear market in the last two years and hence if you invested in bitcoin when the price went low then the possibility to earn a profit much bigger than the stock exchange is possible when the rally in bitcoin starts, so both will give you a profit but the bitcoin gives you a much bigger profit in my opinion.

One of the best-performing companies of last 10 years Amazon stocks share price - in January 2009 bit below $50, now $1760.

Bitcoin - in March 2010 - $0.003, now - $6840.

This is what was before!
But what is now?
Stock market have at least fresh printed Capital in but in crypto??  Non

This is the new one. Bitcoin - $3700, now $7150    (93%)

AMD  -   Advanced Micro Devices Inc - $39.69   (110.73%)
XRX    -   Xerox Holdings Corp   -        $38.36.     (93.57%)
LRCX  -   Lam Research Corp   -        $262.87       (89.35%)

Definitely it depends on the level of risk you are willing to take. without doubt investing in cryptocurrency is a risky activity, as we got not enough historical data and the charts in my opinion are mainly moved based on sentiment, emotions and whales activity. But of course, as we have seen, the percent of profit you could potentially make is much higher. However, on stocks investments, some stocks are volatile while others are not. I personally started taking cryptocurrency as an investment opportunity much more seriously, but I am taking it slow.

The answer to your question depends entirely on your professionalism. The crypto market has a much more dynamic nature than the stock market.
Therefore, this price dynamics allows you to earn both an uptrend and a downtrend.
However, the risks in the crypto market are much higher, because in case of your mistakes you will lose a lot of money.

Although both of them can be used as instruments to increase wealth, I chose cryptocurrency over stocks because cryptocurrency also has a function as a protector of wealth such as gold. So cryptocurrency is a combination as a protector and enhancer of wealth, although initially cryptocurrency (bitcoin) was created not as a means to invest. Bitcoin is just a new payment method in the financial world that utilizes decentralized technology or does not depend on third parties. Many people use Bitcoin to process money transfers faster with very low transaction costs.

Cryptocurrency found a developing moment because the millennial generation was technologically savvy and could absorb technological advances quickly. Besides, that bitcoin was chosen as an investment diversification because it is not linear with other forms of investment such as stocks and forex.

Uncertainty and price fluctuations in Bitcoin are interesting points for investors. Although the price of Bitcoin can fall sharply, prices can also soar high. Bitcoin follows the principle of high-risk high return investment. The greater the risk or uncertainty of an asset, the greater the possibility of return obtained.

Cryptocurrency are far way better for me in terms of trading because of the fluctuations that the market has. Stock market is only good for conservative investors since it will take years before you get the amount of profit that you want while in cryptocurrency are good for aggressive investors and traders where they can easily outperform the potential of the stock market in a lower period of time.

if asked which is more profitable between crypto and the stock market then my answer is cryptocurrency. because cryptocurrency has high volatility if we buy at low prices and sell at high prices then we will get a large profit. but of course crypto has a greater risk when the price of coins does not move according to our expectations. the stock market has a lower risk because the fluctuation is not high. and returns are also small depending on the capital we invest.

Stock markets are usually stable and has less fluctuations it doesn't have any big price movements. Stocks are better for the long term investors than for trading while crypto is cheap and the price is really wild and volatile, you could profit from it daily if you're really good at it. Of course if you profit from it, you could also have huge losses in one day.
It's high risk, high reward for crypto currency that's why it's exciting.

Depends on your knowledge of finances and how long you are willing to wait for stuff. For example stocks are usually more calm (except on a bubble burst like 2008) and there was a lot of options involved as well considering nowadays there are insane amount of stocks to pick from and they are not horrible scams (maybe few are but still thousands of decent ones exist) whereas in crypto you would be lucky to find 20 decent coins and there are thousands of scam and shitcoins.

However, if you want to risk more money, bitcoin is low right now and it could potentially go up really fast one day, which is why you need to make sure what you want from investing, a chance to be suddenly rich or a decent stable increase of funds? Stocks are safer to invest but bitcoin could make you rich suddenly.

We all know that the volatility and therefore the opportunities present in the crypto market are superior to the stock market - excluding penny stocks of course. Furthermore in stock markets you can't really use more than 2x leverage if you are a retail spot trader. You can use options of course, but those have a big learning to curve to fully understand their power and potential.

Then comes the risk factor - while in the stock market your assets are backed by parts of the company which can be cash and/or the actual business value(net profits) & pretty much all the properties that the company owns,  the cryptocurrencies don't really have an intrinsic value in the traditional way because at the moment their value is given by speculators. Mining costs could be a factor to calculate their value, but that's not a "hard fact" as they say.

Stock markets are both a bit same and also very different from crypto currencies. Stocks are representing a company which crypto is not, crypto is a currency like fiat (dollar, euro and so forth) and not like stocks. Stocks represents a share of a company which makes sure you are part owner of that company, sure there is 100 million stocks and you having 1 of that gives you basically close to zero power but that doesn't mean that you are not part owner of it.

Crypto currencies are still tied to a "team" specially the latest ones but bitcoin is not like the other ones. However, what they have in common is that people really buy low and sell high (or at least they try to) both of them to get financially richer.

You can grow in both market. Stock market is just like the cryptocurrency market but the crypto is more volatile but they all have the same thing which is candlestick chart. The best way to do this is, do both. Do a swing trading in stock market focus more on cryptocurrency so you can get the best out of those two market.

I will choose crypto without doubt  over the stock market, because in my opinion crypto is more easily understood by me.
And the most important crypto prices are more volatile than the stock market, so it will be easier to generate large profits.
But investing in crypto does have a very high risk. We must be careful when investing in crypto, do the analysis and research
correctly when deciding to buy coins for investment.

Both markets have their own benefits and as you said, crypto is easy to understand because people are much into technology now and these days we see that internet is giving you access to every new innovation and knowledge about anything that you want to learn. I also prefer crypto industry over stock market because of the volatile nature of former. Stock market does not generate profits on short terms.

Stock market is less predictable and this scares away any newbies from it.
On the other side crypto currencies are almost identical in their charts so you can easily understand what is going on on the market without checking news or other media.

my opinion remains crypto because it can produce in a short time yes of course with a higher risk, so each has its own advantages.
stocks have increased in the long run, crypto is also like that.
it looks like crypto will be one of the most desirable investment sites in the next 5-10 years, although its application is still a little in the real world and most of it is focused on exchange.
but I am sure this will booming.

Between both, crypto can obviously produce better profits than stocks because of the greater volatility in crypto, and it also leads to higher risks but with higher risks comes greater profits. And in long term too, crypto holding will yield better profits than normal stocks.

FIAT is still something that can never be replaced, so for my daily life I still prefer FIAT to pay my bills, but for profit then cryptocurrency is a great choice. I am involved in Forex and Cryptocurrency but cryptocurrency makes me a lot more profitable. I rarely use cryptocurrency to make purchases because I've never really had such orders. But if possible, I will try to use it

If in the trade you feel that crypto trading is giving you more profit than fiat in forex then it means that in that field crypto has replaced the fiat and it is now said that it is possible that crypto can replace fiat. By the way crypto is really the best option for earning than the stock market. In stock market we earn a much little profit and not everyone can understand the stock market while crypto market is much better in profit and is accessible by even a simple person with much low knowledge.

I am still in favor of investing in Cryptocurrency. The price in real markets does not play much. Because the current system puts some quotas. One place is closed after trade. Now how will it be. Bitcoin also does not have such a limitation. There is a changing world now thanks to mobile phones everything is very fast. There are also big movements in the current markets. We are in a world that does not sleep 24/7.

Looking at the stock market right now I can say that the elections could really hurt the stocks a lot. The top is fighting to keep Donald Trump at bay because the reality is that when "economy grows" under trump term the rich are getting richer and poor are getting poorer but there is nothing that shows how poor are getting poorer and GDP doesn't get reflected since rich are still getting that money so the average goes up but the rich shows how they are getting richer with the stock market going up.

So, the decision is this (even tho it is horrible for the general public) do you think trump will get reelected or not? If he gets reelected I feel stocks are a better investment, if he doesn't get reelected then crypto is better since stocks will probably go down.

but if you invest in Bitcoin the rules are not as strict as in the stock market, in the stock market there is a time limit to trade the positive side, and in the crypto currency market we are required 24 hours to work, yeah, I think like that ;D

I don't have experience in stock markets but I can say that it is also good gaining high returns. Somehow, since I'm into crypto, earning from trading is enough for me. The two has a risks but compared to crypto, I am more comfortable in crypto investments. However, I am starting to learn how stock market works and differs from crypto investments.

The Question:
Wich way is more profit?
Crypto or stock market?

What are other ways to get good profits besides crypto?
Both of them are profitable. Each of them can be more profitable depending on the traders and investors. Just to make it simplier to understand, cryptocurrency is virtual based currency which doesn't depend on physical infrastructure or products 3hich resulted to more volatile market. On the other hand stock market is physical based infrastructure in which its price depends on the salesand the popularity if a certain company.

depends on the market situation as you can not really compare both of them as they have their own rules and strategies to earn money from those. Either crypto and stock have risks when you do it so there is no measure to actually know which one could give you more profit.

For me, it depends on what will you focus, if there are people who are becoming rich in trading in crypto and in trading in stock market then it means that no matter what you choose from, they will both profitable for as long as you know you will focus, then you will become successful. But if ever you can check on your own where you are good at, then  it is up to you.

Stock markets have always been more predictable than crypto has been in it's short life span, but I bet you that if you bought bitcoin and coins like Eth, litecoin, and a few others right now, you'll probably make a profit in 2020.  The stock market is due for a crash in my opinion and it could happen next year as well, whereas crypto has *already* had its crash.

The time to buy anything is when it's low, right?  Well ask yourself whether it's the stock market or the crypto market that's low right now.  That seems pretty obvious to me.

I only buy and sell Cryptocurrency markets. Normal markets are very stable. Someone who is accustomed to this adventure cannot return to normal markets. This is my opinion. Get out of the car and ride the donkey. But those who do not like to take risks can return to normal markets.

Yes, you are right, that's why there are crypto traders, who has been trader because of crypto, when they found out the chance and potential of stock market, then they took this opportunity and they begun their journey in trading in stock market, although not all traders, but we can say that due to volatility of crypto, many traders has been disappointed too.

During the time that I was not in cryptocurrency yet, or no idea yet about the crypto, I am planning  to trade in stock market,  I studied it for months then I saw crypto which catches my attention so I choose crypto over stock market too and didn't go back studying stock market, as I know I can grow more in crypto world.
I was interested In the stock market as well before I discovered bitcoin and when I did it was not really difficult for me to choose the market of cryptocurrencies over the stock market, the profits that you can get are many times higher than whatever you can get with any stock, but there is a huge disadvantage and that is that there are a significant number of scams in this market and it is difficult to know which project is worth to invest in.

However if you are not comfortable investing in any of those new projects you can invest in bitcoin and in a few good altcoins that have been in the market for years and you can still make a lot of money in a short amount of time.

Level of risk is high with crypto but you can earn more profits. Stocks are centralized ones and volatility isnt really much the same with crypto.
Before i know crypto, i do try forex and stocks and you can really tell the difference when  it comes on making money/profits and the easy access
which isnt really that hassle nor lots of requirement involved. So for op, its your choice on which one you would go bu i would heavily suggest on taking
the crypto path.

the numbers of scam I must say is kinda equal with stock market, man. if you try to dig further into the stock market there are so many stocks that come from nonexistent company and you must beware of it. even the popular fund management could get trapped into such thing. you can se aswell how softbank could get bamboozled by the wework CEO thus losing massive amount of money. the circumstance in crypto and stock market is just the same.

Fundamental analysis is important in stock market. In cryptocurrency it is pure technical analysis. I also both trading at stock market and cryptocurrency market. The cryptocurrency market is more volatile than stock market. It risks are less in stock market because it is not volatile like the high volatility of cryptocurrency market. But there are trading strategies that are both applicable in stock and cryptocurrency market.
