Seems like the dude behind that site is a "HackerMan". "Securing Tunnel Packets", "Writing to Blockchain Head" lol.
Anyway, the scam is this. https://i.imgur.com/Fw1FZT1.png They ask you to confirm the transaction by sending a small transaction fee. Fell for it in February 2017, I still vividly remember that. Obviously, scammers or cyber criminals are not going to stop because there are still gullible individuals, specially newbies who can fall for this trick, easy peasy for them. So it's going to be a repeat, newbies invest got scam, learn their lessons. A new set of newbies come along got victimised, cyclical so scammers are not going away, sad but true. Right, as long as people (usually newbies in crypto sphere), see sites like this and thinks that they can earn free BTC, their gullible mind says to send bitcoin to this crooks. And it's going to be too late for majority of them to realised that they have been scammed by these criminals.
