You has been written, that your comission is: "Crypto Rush charges a small fee for buying and selling of orders at a rate of 0.18%" A man who has bouhgt my Aur has been payd 0.014154 Btc for this. I want to have this money minus your comission 0.18%. Any other suggestions are a fraud. Please send the rest of 0.012Btc to my account. And please DO NOT make this situation that costs only 5 Eur so that in all forums will be written that you takes more than 80% commision for exchange operation between Buyers and Sellers. Claims we "Replaced" his order with a cheaper order and stole the profit. We have dealt with over 15,000 BTC on our exchange and we have never had such a complaint before. We also cover in our FAQ that we do not offer price matching at this time. All this over maybe $5. User refuses to accept the fact that he placed the order incorrectly and we have logs of him submitting the order. |
