EY as of late reported on the Ethereum (https://www.thecoinrepublic.com/tag/Ethereum) open blockchain the presentation of the third-generation blockchain (ZKP) innovation to the open space. Isn't it will be contradicting with the regulations that already applied in US? as far as i know, even etherdelta gets subpoena by SEC caused by it was running the decentralized exchange site. In my opinion of the ether delta is not even an anonymous exchange site or private exchange site. Is that company get special permission for that?
