Title: Who holds the most bitcoins?
Post by: Daniel91 on December 20, 2019, 07:49:38 PM
I've always been interested in this question, but I found a lot of confusing information.
I recently came across this article in Quora, and I wonder how accurate and verified this information is: https://www.quora.com/Who-holds-the-most-bitcoins (https://www.quora.com/Who-holds-the-most-bitcoins)
According to this article, it seems that Satoshi holds the most bitcoins, between 600,000 and 1,600,000 BTC.
The following are the Winklevoss brothers, with 91,666 bitcoin.
Next is Barry Silbert with 48,000 BTC.
Next in order are Tim Draper with $250,000 worth of BTC and Michael Novogratz with his crypto net worth to be around $700 million – $1 billion.
Do you agree with this assessment from the article or do you have more credible and accurate information?

As you've said, it's only assesment. To my opinion it's hard to know the exact number that one is holding and I don't know any source of that information that would be completely accurate.
In fact I think that owners of largest amount of Bitcoin don't actually want that public knows how much Bitcoins do they have, it's not in their best interest. Although people are very curious such information could be easily misused.

The answer is coming from a guy who said "My Top List" so maybe it's his personal list quite not be accurate? You can easily find out which addresses hold the most bitcoin than their actual identity. I personally found this very disappointing,

Quote
It has been estimated by some that up to 40 percent of all possible bitcoins are lost.. lost keys, accidentally erased hard drives.
So the current market just runs on 60% of the bitcoins? Not sure if that information is accurate as well.

No one can prove that you’re wrong because we don’t know your hidden bitcoin address. This statement proves to us that we can’t fully know who holds the most bitcoin because being anonymous really matters here. Anyone can claim that they hold a lot of bitcoin but it will take you years or decade to know is its real or not, imagine the number of bitcoin address, you’ll just stress yourself here.

Those names that has been mentioned in the article might have got the increased number of bitcoin, but that doesn't gives the accurate holding. We get to see everything transparent, but there is very minimal chances to know about the end users.

As in one of the quote I own the most bitcoins, prove me wrong. Such statements can be true as well as false, how to believe.

who holds the most, or who owns the most? it makes a difference.

coinbase probably holds the most (on behalf of its customers), with nearly 1 million bitcoins in its cold storage wallets. https://beincrypto.com/coinbase-holds-a-whopping-966230-bitcoin-7b-in-cold-wallet/

if the upper estimates for satoshi's coins are correct, then he rules both categories. i'm skeptical that satoshi really mined a million coins though.

The list came up from the author's own research, so basically, it was derived and extract from other sources that we might also found lurking on the web and the author just complied it.

Whether the information about the numbers was accurate or not to consider by the others, just take it as a good reference and additional knowledge. The information stated per name and individual came up with a valid basis so you can bet that was somehow true.

Being a wealthy man is not just about early retirement and enjoying your fortune. What is wrong around roaming and communicating here? The forum who supports what made you wealthy and financialy stable. Joining discussion here does not make your life hard, perhaps it really helps you because you are gaining knowledge from other people.

Nice joke. It is probably wrong. You will be quite busy to trade your Bitcoin if you have the most. I've checked your post history, your current posts were not in economics or trading discussion, so it means you are not monitoring the market trends. This makes me doubt that you are one of the people holding the most Bitcoin.

However, I think your intention is to make us aware that no one knows who is holding the most Bitcoins. Am I wrong?   :)

That is his point, this article is just an assessment and anyone can say that they own most of the bitcoins.
He just stated that he owns most bitcoins and no one can prove that, the same as the article posted above.

Yes, he's just being sarcastic here and just makes us think that this is only an assessment and no one can prove this, and no one really knows who holds most of the bitcoins.

We know how powerful bitcoin is especially in making transactions in the market anonymous, we don't even know if they still hodl that huge amount of bitcoin. But some personalities that you've mentioned for me I think is not really having that much volume. I know that the creator of the company bit instant is one of the huge hodlers of bitcoin based from the documentaries that I've watched, in addition, with regards to how much bitcoin satoshi has, there is no clear evidence that will prove it. Imagine, if you are the creator of the worlds leading currency technology, would you tell the world how much you have? absolutely not.

the names do have a fairly large level of trust and I'm sure also the level of wealth will be comparable. I do not have deeper information about people who have a lot of bitcoin, maybe the source you write can be a reference for us and if there are other sources, then make a comparison

This list may not be exact, but it gives you an idea of the 100 richest Bitcoin addresses. You don't need to know who has the most Bitcoins, all you need to know is which addresses have the biggest amount of Bitcoins and how long they've been inactive.

Assuming you want to use it as an indicator of a trend reversal in the market or other analysis related to large movements of bitcoins.

from your article, it is very surprising what assets you have. especially for sathosi who has the most. of course, ownership becomes logical because to maintain the balance of the projects it develops. To validate the truth, I personally don't know either, but with the project owner holding the biggest assets, I think bitcoin is safe to invest

I recently came across this article in Quora, and I wonder how accurate and verified this information is:

think about it this way, can you figure out "accurately" how much bitcoin i own? or can someone figure out how much bitcoin you own? and that's while we are both publishing a lot of information about ourselves on the internet (addresses in profile, posted elsewhere, linked addresses,...)!
so now the answer is simple, the information there is not accurate at all. it is all a guess specially when it comes to large amounts since those owning larger amounts are more careful about their privacy.

I think the FBI has most or if not most, the second most and will be in the list right after Satoshi if they were counted lmao. FBI actually uses crypto as a legal form of currency for exchanges on dark web and all those. It's a gang in itself and operates pretty similar like a cyber gang and thief xD

Wake up! You're probably out of your mind. How can you earn the most bitcoin? Can you tell us how? So that we can believe in you. You're a joker. You just want to test if we know who have the most bitcoins. Now, we can't tell who has the most.

It is impossible for you to have the most because your post aren't related to the topic about bitcoin. I checked your profile.

We don't know if that was a reliable source or first hand source because on the first place we don't know who the real satoshi is. And probably there is a huge chance that he is the one who handles the most amount or number of bitcoin all over the world because he/she is the one who develop and invented of it, but the remaining 4 is we don't know if they are really the one who have the greatest amount of bitcoin because we don't know if there are someone who have a huge earnings of bitcoin out there and because the internet don't know those people because they are not exposing themselves to other people. Maybe because of security purposes and etc.

Can we estimate how many bitcoins are lost..? I think it will be more than the top holder of Bitcoin.

I don't know but every time I see topics like this I don't know how to exactly react. We don't even know who exactly is Satoshi Nakamoto so how are we supposed to know who owns the most bitcoins on Earth? Don't want to sound negative but I do hope there's a legit list or something to know who owns the most Bitcoins so we know how much is left and how many are lost and if there's a way to retrieve them so it won't be a waste.

in late 2017, chainalysis estimated that somewhere between 2.78 million and 3.79 million BTC are lost forever. https://fortune.com/2017/11/25/lost-bitcoins/

it's been 2 years since then, so it's probably safe to say the number is moderately higher now. 20% of the supply (~3.5-4 million BTC) is probably a reasonable estimate based on the studies i've seen.

if satoshi holds the most bitcoin, why is more frightening is news about hacked bitcoins and ponzi schemes, what should be scarier is satoshi nakamoto who holds a lot of bitcoin, but why doesn't he drop the price of bitcoin at all, this is a little weird in my opinion, I know some of the big names that hold a lot of bitcoin, I'm sure they haven't sold it cheaply under $ 10k

Absolutely no one will tell the world how much Bitcoin they hold, as it is not safe to disclose how much bitcoin they have. It is not that easy to predict also, even though its a digital world  can't find Bitcoin address that easily. Gonna be frustrated by searching. First and foremost nobody Knows who is Satoshi is and how did they come to know so much bitcoin he holds ? Just through google ,internet Satoshi never told anywhere that he owns that much Bitcoin as he never revealed about himself.

There are many sources on the internet about it, You will just find it.

If you are finding a piece of exact information, It's hard to determine if it is legitimate especially that not everyone is showing their own assets and not everyone is admitting that they are holding some bitcoin, Survey test can be true to real statistics but I'm sure that it is only conducted in a slow scale.

The most obvious bitcoin holder is Satoshi. With everything he has done for bitcoin so far, I'm sure he will use the rest of his assets to do the best for the welfare of cryptocurrency, especially Bitcoin.
He has good goals for this environment, but there are some people who try to fake it.

that would be the thoughts of others too but am i the only one that think that satoshi himself dont own bitcoins ?

he only creates it but he does not have a special treatment to have instant bitcoins  . if he wanted to have a bitcoin he will work hard to earn it  but like i said earlier i think didnt have any because his purpose is only for the sake of other people and not by himself  . he is smart so he is already wealthy and he isnt interested to sell btc because this will only contribute to the toxic of the price   .

Satoshi definitely has the most bitcoins and they haven't moved for years. Either he knows it's going to be worth more than what it is at current time or he has lost access to it. Whatever may be the reason of Sathoshi's bitcoin not in circulation, it would further decrease the total supply.

December 2015 a Bitcointalk member discovered a puzzle transaction while playing around with his bot:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1306983.msg13381244#msg13381244
At that time nobody declared such a puzzle transaction which was created January 2015 until the creator of that competition came out 2 years later:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1306983.msg18765941#msg18765941
As of 01/10/2019 there are still more than 100 BTC to win. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5166284.0

We think that the early mined coins of Satoshi are also a prize competition and that Satoshi is waiting this coins to be moved. We also think that he will not respond after somebody moves the first coins but it will be a message to the Bitcoin community that the private keys are somehow on the blockchain. If Satoshi disagreed with that conclusion he would have moved the coins to other addresses.

What do you mean community? Like bitcointalk community? The biggest btc holder are group of individuals or as they call it the whales who is trying to manipulate the market. Cryptocurrency exchange too are one of the biggest btc holder. Satoshi is long gone and he might not need btc anymore because the success of his creation is more than the worth of all btc in circulation today.

it is amazing. those people have already surpassed the wealth that everyone expects. I don't think they need to work anymore, and just need to reinvest their bitcoin ...
In the real world, even the rich person keeps on doing their work and they keep on earning money. I don't have any idea for the person who has a lot of bitcoin in their wallet or account but based on what I read in here in the forum they think that the founder of bitcoin is Satoshi Nakamoto have millions of bitcoin. But, whoever the person who has the biggest amount of bitcoin he/she is very amazing because we all know everybody wants to have bitcoin.

as for the top bitcoin holder, it must be satoshi the creator of bitcoin
until now all the early mined coin he owned is not moving and we don't know whether he is dead or alive
as for the other, it's not really accurate some of them are reported to sell some of their bitcoin
as for the seized bitcoin by police, it was reported that they already auction the bitcoin

It is not surprising that Satoshi holds the most bitcoins since he mined them from day one. And the rest of their positions may not be accurate because we cannot be sure how much bitcoins they are holding.

That's interesting, I mean, that's obvious if Satoshi get the highest amount of bitcoin because he was the owner and the creator of bitcoin, and the following people who are holding a lot of bitcoin are owning really a huge amount of bitcoin. I think there's probably more people who hold a lot, which they're not mentioned in this article, like probably people from Darknet or just big companies.

Definitely satoshi, he is the creator of Bitcoin and holds the most bitcoins in the wallet. According to estimates, he has more than 1 million bitcoins and maybe even more than that, but he hasn't sold any bitcoins so far and it seems that the bitcoins are being locked and not anyone can open it except Satoshi, but he went missing many years ago and hasn't had any news so far. And there are many other whales in this market but they store bitcoins in different wallets and so it is difficult to have an accurate calculation.

You do realize there might be way more people holding more Bitcoin that the ones stated.

For instance even Satoshi won't reveal such value, since he never revealed himself so how could someone know about him at all? ::)
It just makes no sense, and those values seems specualtion or try hard to find a relative number explanation...

There are people that might not want to give away such informations to public just for their own self protection or people like you stalking others private informations.

There are whales in the market who want to stay anonymous so for me the one who holds a lot of bitcoin is protecting his identity. There are also theories that saying satoshi holds a lot of bitcoin but the thing is we do not know if it true or not. The future of bitcoin is bright and even financial institutions nowadays are now also buying and holding bitcoins.

yes i think op score is correct. Because I also don't have information about who owns the most bitcoins.
and in my opinion no one knows for sure who holds the most bitcoin. because bitcoin is anonymous and there can't be anyone who announces that he has a lot of bitcoin. because it is very risky. and in my opinion it's better like this with no idea who owns the most bitcoins so that it keeps decentralized and safe.

everyone is different and there are those who report boldly and some who become anonymous in bitcoin ownership. but if anyone can prove complex then we can make an initial reference before we find out more deeply

Satoshi might be holding a huge amount of Bitcoin but no one really knows how big it is. We can name big names who are holding Bitcoins but no one can prove it since no one can provide definite evidence. There might be low key people who have the most Bitcoins more than what we think. Everything about crypto is always surprising.

They're only the ones of the few who holds bitcoin when you look at whale alert you'll see tons of anonymous users that holds bitcoin that has far more greater amount than tim draper or any popular guys mentioned in the post. The beauty about bitcoin is we can never know who holds the most amount because of its anonymity. So that list could be inaccurate atleast some of it.

I have always thought that Satoshi Nakamoto holds the most amount of Bitcoin, but I don't really know if I'm right, but starting from when I was a newbie in 2015, a lot of people have always mentioned him as owning the most Bitcoins around 1.1 million BTC.

The next I know of is the Winklevoss twins (Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss) that are said to have sued Zuckerberg for stealing their idea and creating Facebook. They were said to have gotten $65 million, which you mentioned, in 2013 and invested $11 in bitcoin. I also heard that one Ross Ulbricht who was a key figure in running a dark internet marketplace was busted by the FBI in 2013 and they seized 144,000 BTC from him. So, assuming that never happened, he would be one of those that owns most BTC, so now I'm giving it to the FBI, lol.

We can't really tell who owns the most BTC, but let's just say that Satoshi Nakamoto owns the most of it. Another thing you have to know is that not everyone likes fame, so there might possibly be people that owns a lot but decides to keep it a secret so they wouldn't be in public eyes.

Recently, I read a discussion here about coinbase's wallet but that is the collective amounts of its users. If we are not looking for individuals but organization then I guess coinbase could be the one entity which holds more number of bitcoins.

We might not know, there are some silent people around the world that hold's too much bitcoin in their secret wallet address, might be inactive but I do believe that there are many adopters before that didn't really decided to sell their bitcoin and might still be holding it up until now. In that case, Satoshi and the other influential bitcoin enthusiast aren't the only one having enormous amount of bitcoin. And what does it imply to the market? With this, we can say that there really are bitcoin millionaires that will serve as an inspiration for us to hodl more bitcoin as I consider this stage as still early, not late so the chance for us to gain allot is still big.

It is very difficult to prove your point accurately. The exact details of how many bitcoins are hidden are not found. We think it will take us several days to find the right holder. Because the exact address cannot be traced.

I guess its somehow accurate but I think there are still those who didn't disclose their bitcoin assets. It maybe so interesting to know about their bitcoin holds but somehow we feel so envious to them. Well, its really amazing and they are just so blessed to have that figures. Satoshi is known to be the founder and no doubt he has the most highest holds.

Satoshi can have the most bitcoin '. But that doesn't matter. Because Satoshi is the founder of this system. Satoshi worked for an ideal. He built a system. Now, who only has the most Bitcoin? I think there's more to money than bitcoin's philosophy. A new decentralized world.

in this case, we really don't know who has the most bitcoin, it's like asking who holds the most fiat, and each person has their own opinion. Well, I can only assume that if Satoshi really has that much bitcoin, I think it's very difficult for anyone to have more bitcoin than him. it is something extraordinary. so far, I really don't think that there are people who have a lot of bitcoin besides the developers of bitcoin itself.

Obviously, it's Satoshi Nakamoto who has the most of bitcoin as he's the creator of it, but the most important things who are the richest people who are the following ones after Satoshi? Bitcoin is really amazing and better than fiat, I mean with if you save a high amount of bitcoin, you'll earn few thousands of dollars for just a quiet increase of bitcoin's price, bitcoin is really an amazing crypto for investing in the long term period.

Maybe we think that we really know everything about Cryptocurrency but all the facts about who holds the most bitcoins which is base from the wallets is not a solid basis. Why? We really don't know who owns the wallet and a single person can own multiple wallets or a single wallet was own by multiple persons. We don't even know how many people owns Satoshi Nakamoto's wallet.

If everyone wants to sell their bitcoins, the price will drop. The important thing is how many people will store bitcoin for many more years.

actually anyone can save bitcoin but I also agree with you that exchange also holds bitcoin. they do it with the aim of looking for profit when they consider bitcoin to be sold and can be profitable. no one is storing bitcoin with the goal of losing it can be ascertained therefore it is natural that bitcoin will go down if bitcoin flows a lot in the market.

For this reason would it be better if we write a note concerning about "what ifs" we die and for them to figure out that we have some asset? Because I do really believe most of us here have our families don't really into cryptocurrencies as well as ours, so, my idea is to have some notes about our assets and tell them on that note to talk about our friend we trusted the most to open our accounts so they can have the balance we left.

Though, for me the best way for them to know is to directly tell them, and might as well to teach them to use cryptocurrencies as well.

It's been estimated by several that as much as forty % of all possible bitcoins are actually lost.. lost keys, accidentally erased hard drives. People actually dying without passing on the secret keys etc. and really in the beginning when it very first began and couple of had been mining many just were never saved while first work on the software program was underway. Every bitcoin which actually was and can be remains on the blockchain though forty % are just unusable. So I say the best bitcoin is actually owned and operated by no one. Strangely this doesn't harm bitcoin really. You are able to believe, in a sense, each lost bitcoin can make the remaining ones worth a little more. Many people believe that the bitcoin author has a million or perhaps so but those coins haven't moved so they're most likely lost. The sole influence it has as far as I could see will be the true market capitalization is actually in error as there are actually much less than assumed (effective ones) which could boost the volatility once the whales buy and market huge quantities. read more....

That is also what I am thinking, since it is hard to know who's bitcoin wallet is whose we can't really say that it is a fact. Unless someone proves it on their own, sending proofs and showing themselves unto the public, but I guess that is dangerous to them in security.

Why?  individually maybe they don't want to be too publicly released, maybe another reason they are afraid of being taxed well we know that some countries have started taxing bitcoin and I think it's natural to remember the very rapid development of bitcoin

It is for their own security, if they don't want to disclose how much Bitcoin they are holding at then it is their choice and we cannot force them to tell it and they are not oblige to tell those information to us too, so I don't see anything wrong for that, whether they are lying or not, it doesn't matter at all, what we should matter is what we are holding on our own.

I think Satoshi knew about Quantum computing but he thought they're not coming any time soon yet still they're not in existence. And someday even if the quantum computers are active the bitcoin developers can actually implement another form of security to bypass them. People also get better with time just like computers do.

If he knew about Quantum computing, then he also knew that some day the early mined coins will be moved. And he didn't move these coins.

That means

2. Satoshi created the greatest prize competition and the privatekeys are somehow within the blockchain. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5150688.0
and privatekeys are somehow within the blockchain = quantum computer?

The first quantum computer owner holds the most Bitcoins.

I've checked your post history, your current posts were not in economics or trading discussion, so it means you are not monitoring the market trends. This makes me doubt that you are one of the people holding the most Bitcoin.

However, I think your intention is to make us aware that no one knows who is holding the most Bitcoins. Am I wrong?   :)

There are many billionaires and millionaires in the world and probably most of them are aware about Bitcoin in present time this is a big deal for a middle class person to buy huge amount of Bitcoins so we can only estimate that those rich peoples who are aware about Bitcoin holds the large amount of Bitcoins and nobody can track them because of decentralise structure of Bitcoin so I guess it's impossible to find that person who holds most Bitcoins.

Next in order are Tim Draper with $250,000 worth of BTC and Michael Novogratz with his crypto net worth to be around $700 million – $1 billion.
Do you agree with this assessment from the article or do you have more credible and accurate information?

Now this is a pretty interesting question because chances are that there are people who hold a lot of Bitcoins but in lots of different addresses maybe thousands which are really difficult to be traced as these just feel like normal addresses. Because if they were in just one single big address they can easily be captured. Moreover anyone can claim that they hold this much amount there is nothing you can do to make them verify the same thing. They aren't going to give you a signed message from each address proving the same.

hypothetically not at all coins , i mean , did u believe all of that coins is really users coins ?
since many many exchange have their own coins , such as binance with BNB , and people buy that BNB using BTC, since i am quite sure not all BNB on market is from users.

I'm looking for a reason for the instability of the bitcoin price. Whoever has the most bitcoins, I think, can manage price movements. However, other transactions can be made with futures transactions. I don't care who owns the bitcoin. Those prices need to go up again.

I think, this is very difficult to determine.
Knowing the person with the highest number of Bitcoin in my own opinion, is impossible.
 At least at this stage.

It is not necessary to let go of the numbers and information, I also think that the idea that Satoshi holds from 600-1600 is a very broad term, and it makes a big difference in every bitcoin.
In addition, this information is quite accurate, and I have heard almost the same information.
But such and similar information is useless unless the exact state is known, because with bitcoin we cannot be approximate because it is huge money.

I think no one can say, "who holds the most bitcoins". Because we don’t know his hidden bitcoin address. It is an impossible matter.

He had the most bitcoin if he did not forget her private key. I think he said it in here or someone wrote it that satoshi lost his private key. but I don't think about that now, because we know that had the most of bitcoin will not appear and no one knows who he is. maybe his a business man or ordinary man that trading her money and cycle it with bitcoin. no one knows. but I think he is the one or he can manipulate bitcoin price if he want it.

Yes, I agree with all of you for mutual security, all we need is just how much data they have and we can analyze it ourselves, of course the more we have can help us somehow in development
bitcoin or even about market manipulation and other things but sometimes they are more comfortable not to reveal it ...

yes I experienced it ...
from the loss of money,, lost time, for almost 2 years the bitcoin market experienced a significant decline and certainly not only from the treaders who were affected ... from miners, investors and many others who were affected...
we can only hope for the best and hopefully there will be a good solution in 2020 that can raise the price of the bitcoin market up or at least stable and not go down like in previous years

Yup, because it is on their privacy and sometimes there are no proofs that they hold a little amount only but the truth is they hold much more than that. In this world we can believe in what they are saying because they didn't actually spread their identity for their own sake.

Bitcoin is vast and so are the holders, so it will be practically impossible knowing the highest holder of btc

When we do talk about single identity on whose holding much number of btc then we cant really have that precise list yet we wont know if there are more who holds more than to those
people being mentioned but;

When we do talk about wallets that do hold of the most number of coins then i would check out this list https://bitinfocharts.com/top-100-richest-bitcoin-addresses.html
most of them are exchange wallets which can be considered out on holding huge lumps of coins . heheh

This proves that if used correctly, Bitcoin still is pretty much anonymous (OK, pseudo-anonymous).
Clearly some may track down some of the funds  to certain persons, but clearly that's far from accurate and clearly they will not tell us all their findings and traceable links for that.
I guess that nobody can tell you 100% if those numbers or the top "owners" are correctly pinpointed.

Who can tell that, CZ, for example, didn't make it yet to top 10?

Is that even accessible?

No, such info is not 100% certain, there are speculations and suppositions.
If somebody has 1000 smaller wallets (well, not that small, actually), it may be much richer than we think and may stay nicely away of such lists.

Everyone can only give basic assumption like; The first rule of Bitcoin states Never disclose the amount of Bitcoin you hold. Nobody would be that bold enough to reveal their holdings to you or anyone else. The could be hacked or stolen. So whatever information you found on the Quota page is valid until proven otherwise.

There is probably a small group of people around the globe who holds most of the supply of Bitcoin which is currently mined often termed as whales in the market. You can check address with most btc but as far as I am concerned Sathoshi the invisible founder of btc holds most of btc around 1.1 million coins with him which makes him 157th richest person on the earth according to the list with a net worth of approximately $12.5billion at this time and with increase in btc prices it will keep on rising but it will take time for him also to be richest person on earth if he wish to do so because the prices need to cross $160k if he want to beat Jeff Bezos at $175 billion. But still he is on the list with unknown indentity for this time.

We cannot know exactly who holds the most bitcoins right now. The figures we see are for reference only. It's like asking who is the richest person in the world. All for reference only.
No one claims to own the most or richest bitcoins in the world. I have a hypothesis that there is a group of people who bought a lot of bitcoins and kept them at different wallet addresses. Owning bitcoins is legal and private. We cannot know everything for sure.

This assessment can be true but it can also be not, as we all know, bitcoin value is not stable and holders are also not always have an assessment. I don't think that they will give their exact value of bitcoin in other people broadcasting what they have in their bitcoin wallet. Maybe it is true but somewhat maybe not.

I don't think that there is a accurate answer to the question, I think most people that own the largest number of Bitcoin will not want to be know for there own safety and also because of the uncertainty around BTC for now. I will say most of this information are just speculative.

yeah because people enters crypto investments for their own security and privacy so why here when you will broadcast your investment?
then better stay in banks when your account can be opened at anytime by governments or other  bank employee (privately of course).
so basically those Data cannot be accurate and will never be,we are still in speculation and estimation but aside from that nothing is concrete.

Isn't it Satoshi Nakamoto who holds largest number of bitcoin?
I've read somewhere before, he is, but I amn not sure if he is still the one who holds most of bitcoin's circulating supply.
Organizations like FBI possibly are holding one the largest share of bitcoin today.

Although it doesn't guarantee 100% accuracy, but for me the assessment of the article does make sense. And if there are people who do not
believe the information from the quora site they cannot be wrong too. Since no one can confirm who is holding the most Bitcoin, we can only
speculate.

Well i guess there are some other that has more than how much satoshi owns though this cannot be proven because no one will accept that they are holding that said amount.
and also this is not that accurate because people here tend to deny their wealth instead of admitting it so maybe we are just asking here but no compact answer to be given.
and besides what is the sense of asking this?
when this can't help the growth of bitcoin knowing who holds the most.

Satoshi is a mystery. but I am sure Satoshi is not an ordinary person, the proof is that he can store his Bitcoin without hackers being able to track his wallet.

Therefore, not many people dare to publish their balance in crypto, because it is very dangerous and hackers are indiscriminate.
