The most wallet has sync issues when the wallet gets outdated.

I know the question may sound silly, but it's a very slow process because of the amount of data that needs to be retrieved. The amount of data you need to download is over 240 gigabytes, and the download time depends primarily on the speed of your internet connection, though not exclusively about it.
I suggest you read this article (https://coinguides.org/wallet-not-syncing-fix/), and particularly pay attention on Check wallet connection and add nodes, but to all other advices. I don't know if you have any particular reason to use this wallet, as there are alternative solutions that do not require downloading the entire blockchain. Indeed, I feel doubted that might your blockchain data may corrupt and that's why it is hard to sync actively the node and it showing green color once it is syncing.

Or was it from somewhere else? Were you upgrading from a very old version? Is it syncing at all? "Help" -> "Debug window" -> "Network Traffic" to see if anything is being downloaded.
