A lot of red flags here, a newbie account, and want everything in private. But it sounds too good to be true then probably it is a scam, so be careful.

Many new sites created by scammers to trap beginners by promising enough rewards if transferring a number of bitcoins on certain websites to do Withdraw.
You should include proof of the screenshot so that it's easy to help. You can learn more about bitcoin and cryptocurrency in part Beginners & Help (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=39.0) there you will get a lot of basic knowledge and can use the "Search" feature to find what you want to know. I can confirm I haven't made any transactions/deposit yet but there's a person who's been pushing me to do so.. That's why I'm really intressed to know if the site is scam or not.
