Title: Cashpoint Scam!
Post by: nikica99 on December 24, 2019, 01:12:44 AM
Hello all!

I am scammed by www.cashpoint.com bookie.
I deposited 1600e and built my balance to 2199e. Requested withdrawal and then they requested additional verification ( my account was verified in shop before). Sent them all documents and they closed my account stating:

Dear Customer!

With regrets we have to inform you, that we had to close your account. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you in advance for your understanding.

Your deposits (in total 1.600 Euro) will be returned to your Neteller account.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to get in contact with us.

Best regards

Your Support Team

I got my deposit back and after that they stopped responding!
I must note that I played normal , nothing was suspicious!
Be aware of this scammers.

Anytime you send coins or money somewhere, you are always at risk of not getting it back, especially gambling or other such sites.

Lesson learned sadly, sorry about that. Happy holidays regardless! ;)

So what's the actual reason that makes them suddenly block your account?

At least you got your deposit back, which rarely happens nowadays.

With a lot of these scams getting more prevalent, I do not think that passively accepting what happened is the best course of action, we need some proactive approach to this kind of thing. I feel bad that these people are powerless against these websites, I hope that we can do something about it someday. For the mean time, just be careful about any online transactions, heed what the quote above says.

Did you also get your profit?

Glad to see you got your money back.

Just my speculation, I think OP already got the profit too (all his funds) since in the first topic he said he got the deposit back.

Since the issue has been resolved, @OP you can updated your title topic with "RESOLVED" and lock the topic.

Nice detail that this user only has problems on websites where he gambles. His alt account, radex90 was also a notorious gambler.
