2019 is finally coming to an end, i can't help but keep thinking that huge money will flow into crypto world soon, here are few reasons to back my claim

1. Banks are very slow in their reaction towards virtual currencies yet by now over 70% of central banks around the world are looking into crypto.

2. Major changes will surely rise because bigger transnational organizations are showing interest in crypto.

3. China is really leading the way with their upcoming owned central bank digital currency (CBDC) which will be the first of its kind.

4. To add to this list of mine i read somewhere that Mark Zuckerberg is pointing out to China as the reasons why U.S should act quickly in regard to crypto, he personally believes that U.S needs to see more progress with cryptocurrencies.

Honestly i believe Libra is supposed to bring a new huge changes to the world of international transactions but who can predict what will happen about Libra? Because Bitcoin is still the mother of all cryptocurrencies and Libra still relies on fiat currencies as underlying assets. Bitcoin is decentralized and other crypto assets with their own use cases and purposes will likely keep existing side by side of bitcoin. Wrong? Or Right? Drop me your points

Good points 👍, there are still other reasons why i think crypto have huge chance to grow in near future, digital assets space got lots of regulated solutions like crypto custody, funds, regulated tools like futures, these tools will allow traditional players to get in touch with crypto ecosystem in a way that is more familiar to them.

Bitcoin is already ten years old, which is a good thing as maturity now in this market is coming through infrastructure projects and more adoption. Now we see more women also coming into Crypto, this should enhance the buying and building of volume in the CMC. I noticed also more and more women are coming to trade, my wife now is one of them, trading almost daily as a part time hobby of hers. There needs to be more and more good regulation coming from countries to allow people more leeway in suing and building also cryptocurrency portfolios. I see that happening over the next 5-10 years as we move into a more greener and smarter economy globally.

There are numerous opportunities in video games sector nowadays, blockchain gaming is growing but still not good enough until big video gaming giants start using crypto, imagine players using unique items within the games like weapons, skins and other whereby you can be able to trade them, own them, trace them, the unique will be  :o

Crypto will stop by regulation but not with blockchain technology. This part will grow up and change today's technology become better, you can see many program comes up with many various platform depend blockchain technology, good progress I think. do you mean video games like ubisoft or online PVP based games? well game industry is often the most popular in various circles as far as I know blockchain gaming actually existed in 2017 when cryptokitties were present ,whether its development good or not until now I don't know but the gaming industry is not the only one that will grow crypto to become worldwide in each country regulation sector is also very influential

The main problem is that bank solutions do not suit current global economy. Global business needs security and super fast international payments. And not restrictions and limits that are imposed by banks.

Libra's benefit to the needed crypto industry may be about adopting. Because Libra considers crypto the way it wants, not like us. I agree with supporters that it will provide some convenience and will be useful but it is different from the cryptocurrencies we know. But can you see that they can now slowly impel us to their desired destination?

I agree that cryptocurrencies are the trend of the world and unstoppable. However, as the cryptocurrency needs more efforts to achieve its desired position, governments are still very concerned about the devastation of cryptocurrencies on the financial side.

One of the reason why Libra was neglected by big online payment giants is lack of regulation, it's same thing with most crypto coins today, regulations will only have effect on centralized coins and not decentralized that is if regulation ever happened

I think China's currency will be hard to achieve. People love cryptocurrencies because it's decentralized and not subject to government regulation. A currency managed by the government and central bank is no different from fiat currency and it will be hard to find investor confidence.

Yes, that's right, because centralized coins are still very popular and liked by many people in cryptocurrency, so Libra tokens feel like they are ignored by online payments, whereas Libra tokens are also good tokens to be used as online payments.

If i have to judge crypto using the news surrounding the technology since 2018 i will say that crypto is doing very well, since thd beginning of this year so many good news did happened, from JP Morgan down to Libra, it's all fine but people cares more about profit making, it might take more time to see another huge wave of bull run but it's very possible

It's true that crypto won't really be stopped. but fiat and crypto money will coexist during this decade, until the mainstream adoption takes place. seeing the realm of progress in crypto-world lately indeed the population is increasing, but what I surprise crypto is no longer like the beginning of the mission created, now too many centralized rules that make fans increasingly more and more bound.

You have a great vision in crypto because what you noted the points in your post that shows what will going to happen in crypto by coming days those all things are going to change crypto future will be unstoppable.

Money has evolved overt one and while it might have started with physical money, it progressed to electronic money and then Blockchain technology was invented and then came Cryptocurrencies, which is the logical next step in the evolution of money, I believe Cryptocurrencies are unstoppable because it's what the world needs right now, a transparent way to send funds all over the world fast and easy.

Yes totally agree with all your statements, viewed from anywhere cryptocurrency is better than fiat currency. In terms of durability, efficiency, transaction speed and security. I am sure that in the future crypto will secure fiat money.

It is impossible for the current monetary system to keep pace with the current development. Even if they do not want, they will be obliged to install a faster, more secure payment system, so cryptocurrencies. We can come to this conclusion even without arguing about Libra.

There are several privacy coins that governments can not track. Apart from that, the others can be track at any time by anyone.

It's not even debatable. Everything is clear enough. Crypto will make banks do beyond what they can do , they are losing people's interest already. It's time the crypto industry take hold of all these lapses before they close it.

I may agree with some points but im not agree with the statement about the biggest transactional companies have already started to put their attention to the crypto as so many times they have stated if what they wanna adopt is the blockchain.
I don't even think if that will be correlating with the cryptocurrency directly as they don't need crypto just like altcoin when they can create their own one. but the system behind the crypto that operates it has become the main aim of those companies.

Indeed! More entities are uncovering that blockchain technology is offering numerous benefits that they can't resist.
We will expect more resistance from regulatory bodies, but at the end of the day, those who benefited from this technology can attest its importance.

Absolutely right, there has never been talks or news like this in the last five years, what we've speculated in the past are now coming true, and all of these comes just when halving is coming in, if all these will not give Bitcoin another all-time high in the next two years I don't know what will.

For the above, you should remove from Libra coin. because Libra is under severe scrutiny and if it is possible to implement this project they will be subject to strict government control and will certainly be difficult to develop as we expect. That's why I think Libra will close soon. Besides, all the above parameters and the news are theoretical. They often provide such fomo news to increase investor confidence in the crypto market but I have yet to see any action from them. So don't be too hopeful in this manipulative market, you'll be very disappointed about it.

I wouldn't doubt the fact that mass adoption is going to come for crypto sooner or later.

However, the question here really is whether or not mass adoption will come in the form of decentralised cryptos or centralised applications of cryptos, namely the tokens which are issued out by central banks (e.g. Venezuela's petro, even though obviously it's clearly a failed scam project), or commercial banks, or even private companies.

I personally would put my trust in the more grassroot decentralised coins. I just feel like that using blockchain tech in a centralized manner defeats the purpose of it.

China working towards adoption of blockchain is going to be huge and massive. although I would like to learn or have more insight on its significant or impact of that adoption would have on the price of Bitcoin more so its a good news that many banks, organizations are looking towards centralized crypto currency obviously popularising it.

Governments will try to take over by releasing their own version of digital currencies, it's going to happen in China and their central bank is involved, centralized digital currencies will try to win the heart of the people

Gaming and economy sector can be a game changer for crypto in the future. The economy of the world is falling under the Dollar and countries need to make a system which utilizes blockchain and crypto for money transfers and other stuff. Gaming is already a huge industry for crypto and we are seeing good adaptation from projects like TheAbyss.

I agree that crypto will grow up massively in the future and Libra project would be a leader for crypto become more public. I think when Libra is accepted by lots of governments, or any other project, whole crypto market will be like 2017 and maybe more. From the day crypto showed its potential we couldn't more agree to the fact that crypto currency will surely dominate other existing some sort of money involved transactions or other stuff. The pacing are slow, people are half-sure on trusting crypto currency but either way it still dominate, and provides much more convenient over the old existing ones. Another thing is that the technology behind Cryptocurrencies is futuristic and there is no doubt in my mind that Cryptocurrencies would be the next logical step in the evolution of money, which other technology enables you to send money across the world in a matter of seconds? To add to that, it enabled you do that in a completely decentralised manner and all you really need is an internet enabled device and you don't have to fill any single form to open an account or stand in any queue to make a transaction like in banks.

Additionally it takes out the middle-man and this ensures that nobody can stop your transactions once it is initiated, didn't mention the cheap fees too? You could send a billion dollars worth of funds within 5 seconds and with a fee as low as $0.05. Isn't that just too awesome?

These centralized cryptocurrencies will help people to know about this technology and will help in the awareness of cryptocurrencies while I do not think that anyone will like these centralized crypto currencies more than decentralized crypto currencies. Libra will be a game changer, once it's successfully launch, the adoption will be fast in the crypto space.
It's centralized as it's design like that but as long as it's crypto, it would help for crypto to be recognize to people who has no idea yet.

Banks will never look into crypto which are decentralized because there is no need of any service called banks when we got cryptos so all they will do create their own centralized version of coins or fiat if crypto becomes more adopted by people.

The Digital assets will be an alternative choice for the institutional investors
The collapse of traditional financial markets will be the reason of money flow to the crypto market.
Lower inflation rates create its own demand in the crypto ecosystem.

Cryptocurrency market will have a future how very few people can know. But I think the future of cryptocurrencies will be better and unstoppable. In 2019, though there aren't many good things to say, things will probably be very different in 2020. ;)

We know that this year is a simple year for cryptocurrencies and the coming year will have a special even for bitcoin and as a result for the whole market so a person who do not the past cannot say anything that what will happen but if a person will study the past of that events or if a person is from the beginning in crypto then they will say from now that the coming year is bringing a great future for the cryptocurrencies. The having attract a lot of investors and traders to crypto which also attract the a number of businesses and companies which will give a great health and as a result a healthy future to the whole market.

This is true, it looks very obvious that the year 2020 will be huge in the cryptocurrency industry ,we await it as everyone is so expectant meaning it's already a year if FOMO where even individuals will pump in fiat Into the system and as such it is clear crypto won't be stopped because of it's use cases already.

Its been said before the BITCOIN is here to stay and so does the altcoins. I'm pretty sure BTC is also in the portfolio of the banks right now, they may even have more of it today since they were starting to buy a lot of before 2017. Right now they are just going to try to make more of it by how much they are holding.  Cyrpto is the future and they knew it more than anyone else does because they can't beat it.

In 2018, everyone said that 2019 will be simply explosive for the cryptocurrency market. a lot of projects had to come to the final stages of their whitepapers, but now we see that all hopes and talks was just empty. I also propose to stop constantly talking about the fact that in 2020 we will see huge growth and just do what we know how to do the best. work in the market and grow your portfolios

Great points and that's 100% fact. Even the government is looking into adapting cryptocurrency because its quite inevitable. The banks also know that they have too many bad sides and can't fight cryptocurrency

3-4. I can't see China leading anything productive, they are basically making a pegged token they can use to track their citizens and that's it.
 
Until US government realizes that making a working Crypto is too hard for them and they just end up adopting and regulating Libra, they will try to stop Libra by all means.

Do we have the source about #3? so they are all after this even though the mass media keeps on reporting how they negatively react on that? With the Libra project, we have no clue if it will be allowed by their authorities because they are in heavy stir right now. I'm with you about the possible good performance of crypto by next year but there's this one thing that worries me that I've read. Others are worrying and we have no definite idea what if a financial crisis comes.

Yeah i think with all these governmental and institutional coins which will be generally backed by fiat will prove to become the required catalyst that will really boom the real crypto market because these official coins will give a meaning and trust to massive and will encourage them to 8nvest in or use other crypto coins in everyday life this will take us towards mass adoption and massive demand of the crypto market.

Bitcoin or the crypto market will survive and I agree to this. Crypto like Bitcoin, ethereum or altcoin which have projects for adoption I think will survive in the long run because in my opinion, many governments have realized the potential of cryptocurrency including the Chinese government which is known to have a closed system in the financial world

I think US still afraid of cryptocurrency domination with its own currency the US dollar. if the facebook's cryptocurrency Libra will become successfully launched and use with its billions of facebook users worldwide im sure it was a really big development to watch that maybe can affect the US dollar superiority in the long run. that's why US regulators still doubting in the cryptocurrency development particularly the Facebook cryptocurrency project called Libra.

If libra will be released (after lots of hurdles it is facing right now), it will help many people knowing about cryptos which will eventually end up in adopting bitcoins. Already cryptos are marching unstoppable as most governments are still neutral on this and their federal banks are like to adopt it or at least then have started studying the importance of blockchain technology. it would actually be a binding advantage if Facebook is subject to regulations where libra stable coins are required to use usd as a reserve currency of the same value, and each transaction uses a protocol from a consortium of trusted parties as happened to usdc. Facebook will always be subject to government regulation control and cannot run at will in a centralized system that can freeze them at any time.

Crypto space is not free of challenges yet and many more challenges are still coming, many coins and token will die or get abandoned because not all of them are needed or necessary even though they have real use case, we should be prepared for the worst I bet the future will be more challenging

Yup that’s the truth, Bitcoin is unstoppable. Being decentralized/open-source means that bitcoin will continue to grow no matter what. Bitcoin doesn’t have any Central unit that is in control of it, that means that the government will not be able to shut it down, they would have found it easy to shut down all this while if it was not like this.

China is really taking the lead with the new cryptocurrency they are about to release. I don’t really know how it’s going to work out, and whether it will gain wide adoption, but I’m looking forward to when Facebook will release their Libra. When they announced Libra I was really happy with it because a lot of companies came together to form an association to boost it, which means that it’s definitely going to be accepted by a lot of people.

Higher authorities and banks are only interested but things are not moving forward because they are almost the main levers in strengthening cryptocurrencies, and unfortunately for many now the introduction of cryptocurrencies and blockchain into the system is not at all important. I wonder why Libra will bring big changes? We all stand with crypto here, with the same passion and believe that someday crypto will become a 'miracle'.

I think these people just want to make other people motivated or that other people don't give up investing in cryptocurrency and this is also said to be possible as their hope that the following year will be a profitable year or arguably the price of coins increases. For me there is nothing wrong with people arguing about that, but it is true what you say that it's better to focus on ourselves, how we can survive and be able to generate profits from cryptocurrency.
