Title: Bitcoin Trading Academy
Post by: ViceOfBTC21 on December 27, 2019, 10:00:58 PM
Hi,

While I have been searching how to use On Balance Volume, I have found a source that explains 5 indicators in video format: https://bitcointrading.net/

Sure, you won't learn a lot from it, but it's a good starting point for beginners.

why don't you explain it here, It looks like you want to promote your site, 5 classic and general indicators, I'm sure every trader has heard of these indicators, but I am not very suitable to use that indicator, in my opinion the indicator you mean on that site is slow in detecting market direction.

All the indicators are known for lagging in predicting the market reversals. Only very few analysis may figure out reversal points well in advance, in that way support and resistance levels based strategies will allow us to figure out reversal stages before it will be occurring but the accuracy is a thing we cannot expect all the times. At the same time, indicators with larger time frame are known for giving us enough time to trade in the expectation of market reversals.

It may not be a good resources for those who are already into crypto trading but could be more useful for all the beginners. Still, we can get lots of videos explaining those indicators from youtube and in many investment related sites.

Right, I guess the target audience here is beginners. As far as youtube videos, lately there have been a lot of purging happening there so I don't know if beginners can still youtube though.

Anyways, I'm not going to click on that link, I would rather learn everything here thru practice. Of course, I might lose some money here, but that's how to gain intangible experience to be a successful trader, just saying.

The site takes a long time to load, I don’t know if the problem is on my part or if everyone suffers from it.
The design looks good, I tried to listen to one of the lessons, the video did not clearly indicate the site -----> https://bitcointrading.net/, did you create that videos or not?
Choosing content is not good, as a beginner, you should learn the basics and not advanced things like the Fibonacci analysis.

If you go direct into indicator, people like me will hard to understand. You can start by teach us about vocabulary and basic history about trading. The site is good but need include contact and comment column to get audiences respond. Right side also can fill by social media link to get more member and promote news. You have good site but need to slow with newbie like me, if you continue up date information I'll become your loyal reader.

I can say that this is very good type of page marketing. Yes you have share some information but all we know the real purpose of your post, which is to promote your site. But thank you for the info I think it is really helpful to develop the newbie's knowledge about bitcoin. I hope you will continue to help and teach while you are doing marketing .

In my opinion it is important to point out here that the traditional interpretation of various indicators don't work the same way in all markets, especially volatility markets, such as Crypto markets. For example, following standard RSI signals would have only lead to 3 trades over the past 2 years. Importantly, the strategy would've missed every large rally because the RSI registered as overbought during the largest price appreciations. I am not saying that indicators aren't helpful. It is just wise to do your homework and know how these indicators have performed on past BTC data.

The website looks interesting as the interface is understandable and easy to read, it’s just some tabs are slow to response and some if you click some tab there is a not secured connection prompt, but seeing your website can really help some newbies who are not particular in using this forum. They can use your 30 day trial if they want to learn trading.

This is a good venture for beginners cryptocurrency trader seems to me that this type of practice requires numerous practice when it comes to mastering the indicators the next chapter. Technical analysis is very difficult and many of them take too long to understand.

'Courses' is a big name for videos on 1 topic mostly. Even if nice for beginners this is very small amount on info as for now and it will need many more articles/videos to fix this. Very good thing is the podcasts collection. 50+ publications and some known people in them makes it a nice choice for anyone who enjoys podcasts as a form.

Probably put it in beginners and help instead? Still, a very nice site to visit. I like how the tutorials are in video format instead of the usual typewritten guide, which makes learning all the more easier and fun compared to the former. Hopefully, more videos would come up since it's a pretty interesting beginner tutorials. Still, the site seems pretty outdated, Checked out their podcasts and latest was a post in 2017, while their latest news was dated January 2019. I'd suggest for op to change the site to the orig source of the vid instead to better give out sources instead of this seemingly outdated site.

This is a nice video guide for newbies and even older traders who are finding it difficult to go along with trade. I think the beginners don't have anything to lose if they go through it.

Nice site. Should collect more videos though, since the idea of compressing them or collecting them together in one site is pretty helpful for beginners who have a hard time in looking for what to actually search for.

I don't actually see any 30 day trial that is needed though? Though having a trial and then pay for the next time you want to use their site kinda defeats the purpose of learning, especially since if they can actually just source the videos themselves in youtube, which is free to use platform.

It will look appealing to beginners and newbies because it offers a free service, but won't matter to the old ones in here. why? because experienced trader already knew how the market behaves and knowing it is free it might just be a gateway to market manipulation. Anyway, I would save the link and recommend this to anyone who is willing to learn.

Another good refrence as a new traders besides tradingview that we can learn the basic method of trade, and you should add best practice for newbies to survive in this current market condition. Anyway great start !

Seriously dude, why did I even click the link?  :o I don’t know why some people are fond of posting links with no content on them and then giving the wrong information, when you click on the link what you see is different from what the op has explained.

Your post mentioned that this is link to five indicators for trading, but when I clicked on that it seems like you’re trying to promote a site that claims to dishing out Bitcoin tutorials and having advanced tools whatsoever. I didn’t even see any video except that price chart photo. You guys better stop posting misleading links here.
