I would suggest OP not to chat with any newbies at all.

That is if you are assuming that all newbies are a bunch of crooks.
Considering that the OP is a newbie as well, then we shouldn't be talking to each other.

Its hard to trust a newbie as they have not built trust within the community.

Doesn't mean you'll scam the guy, but so many scammers pop in with newbie accounts.

I would suggest using an escrow for any deal you may strike

I can run the google ad campaign for you. Do you have the budget for the paid ads ? Tell me what is your budget for the whole project and how much you will give to the worker. Also since you are a newbie either you have to pay in advance or go for an escrow.

UmerIdrees  just scammed me 500$, he edited his message where he said i needed to pay in advance and his eth adress on the skype conversation.

great story but it doesnt change the fact that you UmerIdrees stoled 500$ from me.

Nice find! but for 500 bucks he wont bother or wont mind if hes member account would be painted red if this accusation was true.

For op,why you havent able to read up and consider to follow on what yahoo said above? Dont easily deal with somebody even if it isnt a newbie paying upfront is a no go.
Always use escrow and that alone will build up trust or confidence if someone plans to work with you.

Yeah that's true using escrow is the safest option but i don't know why the OP willing to pay him upfront.
don't put too much trust to an account with higher than you and one thing that i can share with you is every transaction made on this forum you must using an escrow

Can you tell us how did it happened? you have been told by yahoo to use an escrow for this matter but seems you ignored it and didn't listened.

are you sure that he cheated you, if that's true you have to show clear evidence, so you can create a thread about scam here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0 maybe your money will not be returned, but at least the person who cheats you will get a negative trust.

You have to do something before you spend your money, such as you can ask first or find some ways to do what you'll do.

You're probably better off searching for someone on Upwork.

Forums like this are a brutal place to find services, particularly for what you are seeking.

Upwork has profile reviews, job history, and you can get a much better understanding of their skill sets.

We need to see the proof and know what exactly happened between the both parties. We can't formulate a conclusion by just hearing the other side.

Just so you know there are numerous transactions that successfully went through the forum. It's just a matter of whom to trust and know how to use the escrow service. We have bunch of professionals here that can be trusted and reliable with their skills, we also have the feedback system which you can see if he has a bad history but if it's neutral, that's where escrow will come in.
