I just want to know,

Where can promote new alt-coins, tokens or wallet.?
Who is the friendly moderator?

Because most of the times moderator delete the posts without telling you.

and if you pay them they won't do anything with your posts.

You could always create an announcement thread in the Announcement section of the forum, if the project isn't an obvious Ponzi or HYIP, nobody would delete it.

as newbie, you need to read more all board on this forum before you can really understand how's forum work..

very often people do marketing for projects or wallets that are not really high-quality and therefore so that people do not invest in some unverified projects, moderators clean such marketing and I think that they do it right. If on this forum everyone started to create threads about new wallets, etc. then the whole forum would turn into a trash can

I think the best place to publicize is Bitcointalk. There is no fee to promote here. If you edit a Bounty campaign it's different. However, you can promote your project and find investors here. There are many rating sites for altcoins. I don't trust them. I think the most realistic place is Bitcointalk.

You're already on the right place just make sure to put on complete details  or information about what you would promote.
I think the reason why your post is being deleted is due to lack of information or it is not on the right place or it is violating some rules of the forum.

Nope, there is no payment for posting. Maybe the topic was deleted because of redundancy or maybe the topic was already posted or has been raised by another forum members.

Its seems like youre very new here a lot of posts was posted by you and as a newbie you must learn this simple topics by reading not asking all directly here what do you not know about.

Maybe you posted in wrong sections, you can post in Altcoin Announcement Threads and make your post announcements truthfully, it will not be deleted if it's in right section as well if the project is not a scam one. Bitcointalk forum is trying to make this forum scam and spam free. You can hire bounty managers who can post your announcement to see pictures.

There are many reasons why it is deleted. Maybe you are in the wrong thread or have a referal link on the post you make.

Yes, this is the right place here. You can see in each section like in the Announcement. But if you want to promote in other places like forums here, I suggest using bitcoingarden and cryptotalk. They are pretty good too. To be sure, don't promote a project that ends up being a scam. Because you will only become trash here.

"Announcements (Altcoin)" This is where you can recommend your project to everyone here. There are thousands of active projects and discussions there every day. Also if you want people to know your project more, you need to run a marketing campaign here. A bounty campaign or a signature campaign would be a great option, and almost every new project does this way.

What does it have to do with mods?
I mean if moderators delete some of your post without telling you, there must be something wrong with the related post. Be it spam, troll and things.

They won't just delete the posts without good reason behind them action.

As the others have mentioned above, you could find anything here in this forum. Each section has its own specific board for you to promote or post about things.

As far as I know, if the contents you describe are clear and the details will not be deleted by the moderator. Moderators will usually remove content that contains less detailed information and that contains elements of fraud.
So try to explain as clearly as possible so that your content gets good feedback from moderators and members who read. Don't forget to put it in the appropriate thread, for example like in the Announcement section.

You are not telling the truth here, you should read and explore this forum to know more. Because the moderator doesn’t delete any eligible topics, sometimes they deleted spam, scam threads, which is reasonable. If you want to promote your altcoins or wallets, then create an ANN thread, run a bounty campaign for it, bitcoin paying signature campaign will be more helpful for it.   

There are also rules in each section even in local sections. OP should specify what he really posted as there be no reasons for it to be removed since he can be simply ask to move it to right sections and regarding the payment it might be he hire someone who can post it in his behalf  or it's literal a scam project he tries to promote that it is deleted.

You can easily post articles about your project in bitcointalk for free. As long as you don't violate the rules of the forum, normally bitcointalk only deletes spam posts and is not related to the topic. And if you want to promote your project then you need to have a bounty campaign and you need to pay the budget to do it.

Just post on the designated board stated on the 1st reply and make sure that your project is not a ponzi scheme or anything promoting a possible scam since once reported and verified it will be deleted.

To promote new coins you can participate in the bounty campaign and you can find it here and then start to make your own posts. And for the removal of your post by a moderator, maybe the post you are doing is far from what is being discussed or can be said to be out of topic and maybe you are posting in a section that you shouldn't be discussing there is something that then makes what you post deleted.

You don't need any moderator to help you do this. Create an ANN thread in the altcoin announcements subforum.

Any mod which is claiming that you need to pay them a sum of money to get you started is likely not a mod at all, because I've never heard anything that would remotely suggest that official mods will charge you for posting a thread on that board.

The only time you need to pay the forum to promote your coin or whatnot is if you decide to advertise via forum advertisements, and I'm not even sure if alts are allowed to be promoted there.

If you post with the wrong sections Yes post you will be deleted because it is not where your post is correct. Usually already provided a topic for you to post correctly and without being abusive to the rules and without paying them not to be deleted. And do not make any false and misleading news to the person and the loss you are referring to.
