Title: New R9 280 GPUs (not 280X) Post by: Tomatocage on March 18, 2014, 08:20:10 PM Anybody try out the R9 280s that just hit the shelves? They have about a couple hundred less stream processors than the 280X's, but I'm not sure how relevant this is for Scrypt. But they're about $60-100 bucks cheaper than the 280Xs too.
