What special aspects does your plan have that make it unique from the others? We dont have an end to new crypto exchanges coming up be it a market making and taking one or just a P2P one. Look at localcryptos and the older localbitcoins.Quote as well as cooperate crypto based business.... That is a future prospect for now. But first of all you need have some sort of security for those who are going to cooperate in building this exchange.
