invites only? interesting , think I have registered about a month ago without any invites
it was a cool game, hi-lo I think , but the house edge is 1/53? if I'm not mistaken
a 52 deck card and a joker , so that would be a 1.87% house edge ,if my math is correct

Its quite surprising or somewhat odd that a site do have that invite only for you to play.When would be the official launch on this one? I mean that you can make registration.

Just checked out the site. It looks nice and loads quickly on my mobile browser. I noticed it has no sign up button though. Looks like it will be good on mobile app also. Curious to know how the 20-50 players joined the site. Through invite link?

I think you have to see it as a way of advertisment. The screenshots and play style looks very promising in my opinion, a lot of people want to get their hands on the game. If you restrict the access to you site, you generate a "want to have"-feeling, people automatically start talking about you ("did you hear about the new invite-only site ... ?") and the word about your site or product spreads automatically.
Additionally, those guys had to set up their technical infrastructure from scratch and may need to fine tune it. If they open the gates at day 1 and a lot of people want to try out their game the site may crash, leading to a very negative impression and a lot of lost customers.

With the URL itself, I thought it was going to be something related to the Tower game where you place a particular block (or building) on top of another block and create the highest skyscraper/tower that you could possibly do without it falling. Anyways, I'm just waiting for others to review the site before actually asking for the invite. Games look interesting, though.

There little concern form my side, and that why I left neutral feedback. I am quite confuse that why it were very necessary to create another new gambling site since there is existing site. New site management is same DuckDice, so it was possible to add new game on existing sites instead of create new site. I am not really negative with DuckDice since they have solved issue somehow by pressure of bitcointalk community. I hope tower.bet will not repeat what did on DuckDice. There should be some positive reason why people should join new site.

Well thats a valid point on where it is some sort or part of marketing stuff.Restricting free access and using via invitation but the hype you are talking into would still vary or depend on how people foresee
the games that are being offered but for a Hi-LO game? I dont underestimate this one but we know on whats the current demand of these kind of games imho.

So this is the sister site of DuckDice? Will it be a better site than DuckDice where they did something bad in the past and they got the negative trust?
No offenses, although it is a new site but since it is managed by the same person/company as older site which has negative trust then I do not think it will get better interest than DuckDice.
But still I have to say welcome to the crypto gambling industry, hopefully the old bad mistake wont happen again on both DD and this new site.

Would you please be so kind and elaborate what duckdice was into? The only accusations I found were from 2017, something about an unfair or shady bonus system?

 Graphics definitely looks amazing, I can definitely play here for a while without getting bored just out of design aspect of it, games look limited for now with just two but I am sure that will get bigger in number in the future.

So I sort of like what I see, but it all depends first on how the site loads and how fast things happen. The problem with slower connections like me is that they tend to make the experience less fun on graphic heavy sites,,, which is why I tend to stick to simple sites that do not lag on loading graphics.

There are 2 options from what I read above, the first option was clearly seen in the main thread, send a private message to get the invite link, this seems to be only for people who are in the forum. 1. As to affiliate system - not yet, but we're planning to launch it later. 
2. For now we are self-funded, however investment matter is something we discuss here internally. No final decision as of yet, just a few ideas we have.

I requested one from the website itself, honestly what triggered me to do that was the fact that you guys actually managed to build so many features that the early starting casinos miss and then add after they are already a casino that is known and gambled a lot.

Mainly because casinos don't know if they will be liked or not so they don't spend too much time on development stage and just release their website unfinished and then if they get some attention they start to develop bigger. You guys developed many things before anything started and just in beta stage, that is a good start.

All the altcoins, all the promotions, all exchanges, moderators and support, these are all amazing for a website that is barely starting out and only on the beta stage right now, I feel like you guys will be great in the future, plus the hi/lo multiplayer thing looks very refreshing and brand new, never seen something like that before.

We were allowing our players database to join first, so DuckDice users received their invites first. If you registered at that time, you still can play. As to the house edge, it's not like you calculated if you count meta-bonuses like Chests and Moneybox.

Fortunately (or unfortunately :) we don't want to work on regular casino. Our goal is to bring something new and exceptional to the market. Basing our platform on traditional casino and crypto gambling logic, we aim to add something interesting and new. Current time limited event is one of the things nobody introduced on our market. And this event won't be available anytime again. So it's a real one-time-only thing. We did it on purpose. To be honest, it's quite an expensive initiative and not always profitable, but we're a bit romantic. So we want to make money not just to get more money, but to bring more fun. For both you and us.

Thanks for such a positive feedback. To be honest our fault is that we didn't make it work equally good for all mobile devices. But first sprint this year is dedicated to mobile view only. The first group of players we invited came from our userbase from DuckDice. Our aim was to make it exclusive for them at the first stage. We were running small TLEs at first. Thanks for your question. We've almost started a fight inside our team, asked community for their ideas. We ended up deciding that DuckDice should be the best dice website on the market. And we really believe it is one of the top. With unique features and entourage.

As to the negative issues that happened a while ago, there were a lot of decisions made after that. We've made our team much stronger since that time, while in the beginning DuckDice had only 3 team mates.

Well, I typed in the website and entered my email to receive an invitation. I gotta say that the invite-only access to the website is probably going to limit the number of potentially interested customers, and it's very uncommon out here. I also noticed that the website allows you to login via the Duckdice account, and then I read that you are affiliated with it (I really did not notice it in the ANN thread). Anyway, Duckdice does not have good trust on Bitcointalk, as can be seen here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=917361). However, the feedback is old, so you might have a chance here if you don't repeat those mistakes, I guess. I'll be waiting for an invitation. So far, I like the design.

Thread was opened in 31 december, a day before new year so happy new year guys, it's good to see new bitcoin gambling website.
Seems duckdice team has grown up, it was a small dice website and now owns another website and operates it separately with different games, pretty good.
In overall website seems quite interesting with it's UI, your HI-LO game is amazing but if I were you, I would change design of crash game and would make it more interesting by adding some kind of animation and sound on crash.

1. For now it's not just HI-LO. It's a special event, which is time limited. Playing in HI-Lo, Crash or both games you get additional bonuses and help Santa to get new sleds. There are only 3 unique sleds players can get. Each one is a masterpiece from our graphical designer :) Which is really cool. As soon as first players assemble all of those sleds, we'll share those images in current thread.

2. Invite only - it's not our invention. Such model was already used. Goals might be different: it could be marketing or risks mitigation. Our case is more about risks - we think good product should market itself. It's also more about feeling the audience, listen to feedback, etc. We have created Discord group (invite-only access as well) where we discuss various features, achievements and improvements.

As to the new brand:

1. It's marketing. Better to have separated brands, not to blur positioning. DuckDice is only about dice. Tower is something new, from scratch. Trust me, we'll do everything we can to make it not a regular gambling website.

2. Technical goals (new platform with new opportunities). As you might know, new developments always have some technical risks. We've integrated a few new technologies and want to launch everything smoothly.

As to scam accusations. DuckDice issue was in the beginning of its story. We've learned a lot from that time. Also worked it out with all the players. DuckDice grew 10 times since that time, even with the red warning on our Bitcointalk thread. It's not the first year we are trying to get rid of it. So if there is anyone willing to help us with this task, we would be really grateful.

All in all this situation helped us to become stronger and more open. The best characteristic of each brand, team or person is ability to work on mistakes and change. We also change, in the matter of business ideas as well. And our new vision of promo is right now here for you - in a form of TLE.

In a few words:

1. It was not scam. Otherwise we won't be getting hundreds of registrations per day. Those who got into the issue agreed to that. Time & growth of the platform confirmed direction we chose was correct. 

2. Most likely it was the first try on the market to run deposit bonus on low margin cryptogambling market.

3. Right now there are only a few casinos offering deposit bonus. Even in usual casino industry playing low house edge games doesn't count towards wagering requirements.

4. Our main mistake - not-satisfied player, communication issue that was not properly resolved and not enough information about bonus requirements.

6. The whole deposit was returned to player, even though it was against bonus terms & conditions.

7. Even after this case in 2019 we launched Deposit bonus 2.0 on DuckDice. It's improved comparing to previous one. We have good feedbacks here. Most likely we will run deposit bonus on Tower.bet as well.

This experience requires us to keep close connection with our players. E.g. we know users don't read long texts, we try to keep important announcements in mind creating UI design.

In the same time we understand there always will be people who are not happy about something, nothing to do here. We try to focus on good things. Always better to keep positive in mind. Our positive in the end of 2019 - beginning of 2020 - unique cryptogambling event - Pimp my Christmas. I believe what you are doing, having the invite-only access will give you more time to fix any issues or bugs before the influx of players.

So you got an invite and you are logged in, right? The game seems to  offer a bunch of features already which other more mature sites still miss, so I wonder that such a basic feature is not present :) I dont have my invite yet, so I cant take a look myself.

I hope you understand this rule. Your're still lucky that your account is not reported till yet for violating this rule.

Being able to check your own history would be amazing of course but the games are basically multiplayer so everyone is betting on the same game, normally the bet history usually used for checking if the game is legit or not and in this scenario you can check any regular game if they are legit or not and see if yours was as well.

It is still not ideal and everyone would love to have their own but as long as it there is a potential method for going around that I doubt it would matter. Is there still a long way until they are a finished product? Sure why not, all websites can improve but they already came out with many cool features from the start and this is just the beta, if bet history looks to be the only thing missing, I would accept that and play here.

Not exactly, if you will go to fair you can check all rounds data there, although the full bet report download feature is still to be added. Also Bet tab which usually have HR bets, your bets and all bets is scheduled.

TWG (Tower Gold) is a special meta currency, which helps to win. E.g. during our TLE you have several changes to open a chest. Each chest might bring different winnings. Using TWG you may exclude those chests with the smallest winnings inside. More gears your get from those chests means you get to TLE goal sooner and can activate Moneybox with real money. Also TWG will have higher meaning further on the platform, but no more details here, we won't want to cause too much hype.

Ah okay, thank you for the answer OP on TWG,,, so whatever it is, I still need to deposit actual bitcoin or other crypto at the site to play and participate in the contests and treasure chests, correct? I may or may not do that. I admit it is a bit more exciting with quests and so on but with so few days I will just stick around and wait for a bit. Especially when there are only 2 games now to play and I do not like crash;) Depositing is always something I rather wait for.

I was sent an invite link and registered via it successfully. Then I claimed 20 free TWG and tried playing. The Hi-Lo game with cards and betting on all sorts of things were a bit confusing at first, but it's easy to get used to, and the animation works nicely. Then I started the crash game, and it was also looking weird. Firstly, there's nothing moving anywhere, it's just the multiplier on the screen and the background of the previous crash chart. Apart from that, I did not like it that Betting, Cashing out, Cancelling the bet functions are all in one button that keeps changing its name. So, for instance, I place a bet and then click the same button to cash out, and then while the same round is going I forget that I already cashed out, so I push the button again, but it turns out that now it's a bet for the next round, and then I have to push again at the same place to cancel it.
I also don't like it that the chat requires a social profile to sign in... Towerbet, I'd also suggest adding some more games. All in all, it's pretty good, but there are some things to think about.

Maybe you're using the mobile interface and not the full webpage of their betting site of tower.bet, most probably this occurs randomly. I was on that situation from previous betting sites I played, and everything was fixed when their admins gave an advice to use their full browser webpage. Everything went out successful, all betting history has been totally visible.

When are you going to open the site for public and not the invite-only access? And where is your FAQ section? Just want to check the min deposit/withdrawal and the fees involved. And about KYC, to what extent are you allowing to have no KYC requirements?

I think they are still don't have an estimated date for that. But they already started to accept some invite-only access last December 20, 2019.

I got my invite a couple of days ago. All in all I like the site and the game very much but it isn't as intuitive as eg. Bustadice. The first impression when you land on the site is kind of confusing, but one get used to it really fast.

What is definitly missing in my opinion is:
- a simple FAQ where one can see the deposit/withdrawal requirements (minimum amount, supported coins, fees, instant or not, ...) or contact details
- a basic tutorial which guides you through your first game. You could combine this that way that the user gets a small amount of free balance to play some games afterwards?

Are you guys planning to host a signature campaign so that more people become aware of your site?

You can try all game features with TWG, but you can not withdraw or exchange TWG winnings directly. So if you just want to try the game you can do so with TWG and you don't need a depo.

In my opinion it would be perfectly fine if you polish your site first and add games only then. Those two games are perfectly fine for now :) What I would like to see is that you theme the crash game in a way that it matches the site itself. Maybe a flying dragon or something like that would be enough in the first place. It is kind of confusing if the game is themed around gnomes/towers etc. and then you see a flying plane (?) in the crash game :D

I used gamdom for some time about a year ago but wouldnt have thought that they look similiar (ok, both are dark themed, but thats it). The design and the games are totally different, what makes you think that they are similiar?

I second this, dice (and often HILO, too) games tend to look and behave all the same. Its kind of "been there, done that"-feeling when a new site opens up and doesnt bring anything new to the table.

We discussed the invite-only system a few pages back. Might be in place because they are currently setting up their infrastructure (database, servers, ...) and dont want to overload it too fast. If you need an invite tower.bet will send you one for sure :)

We have closed the site for masses, because we want to control and thoroughly process gaming experience and user feedback, rather than start promoting it ASAP, so quality over quantity.
At the moment we are deciding when it will become accessible for public, but with no certain date yet.

Is there any reason why you separated the platform from DuckDice? Wouldn't it have made more sense just to add it as another game, or are you going to release new platforms for each game?

Curious strategy, but there must be some logic behind it.

The scenario the game is set in is completly different than any other game at duckdice (fonts, images, type of game, ...). So it makes perfect sense to host it separately.

It would be nice if one could use his duckdice account at tower.bet, though, but I dont think this is going to happen.

It is hard to add more games when you have URL with "dice" word in it :) But actually Lakai01 is totally correct, the design, the game mechanics, level system, affiliate - everything is different (improved) from DuckDice's. I definitely agree that people can use their duckdice account in tower.bet. Even if duckdice is big and I don't find any reason that tower bet can't also be big.

Did you ever read?. Look at the post before yours. It is said that the event have finished. Event if it is not christmas anymore doesn't mean they can't have events like that. In my opinion, it is a win-win situation where players have a chance to earn money and the site owner will have more players.
