It's 2020 and what a time to be alive, bitcoin halving is around the corner and from history it has always favoured  the price of bitcoin and as altcoins mostly depend on Bitcoin rally to moon, we're in good hands. Try to avoid falling prey to scammers using fake giveaway to steal your coins. Increase your security and store your coins in private wallets not exchange. The market will begin recovery soon, don't be too smart wanting to cashout on every profit you see, it might make you lose future profits. Be patience, believe in the process. Cryptocurrency is the future.

Everyone is assuming that there will be a bull run this year, because of the block reward halving. A lot of people are accumulating coins and waiting for the halving event. I also expect the prices to go up. But there is a real chance that the prices may crash, just like what happened in the case of Litecoin last year. Let's also remember the fact that Bitcoin went up by 150% in 2019, and some of that price movement was caused by the hype surrounding the block reward halving.

Store your coins in hardware wallets to be more secured. Never trust third party wallets that doesn't have the feedback of security experts. It's 2020 indeed and this year is full of hope. Just like what we've seen this 2019, I hope that we'll not be ending up just like it did by 2018.
Be happy and contented if you already have the profit, this is the key to become happier and less stress whatever the market will show us for this year.

In a few weeks bitcoin has remained above 7k until now too and this is the lowest price for us to see right now our chance to buy as much as possible to deal with halving is a few months away, we always see history that after halving the bull run well maybe this year too will carve a new history like the year before it.

Yes, I agree with you, we also have to prepare ourselves if bitcoin doesn't pump in 2020. Because everything is possible in the cryptocurrency market. so we have to be ready for bullish bitcoin and also ready if bitcoin is dumped. but I also hope that 2020 is a year of victory for all of us. We have been in the bear market for two years. I hope 2020 is the year for the revival of the crypto market.

Whether it will be a great year or not, we could only hope for the best. Everyone wants a change in 2020 about cryptocurrency and of course halving is awaited for bitcoin holders in the long run, of course this year we will see a bright future because of the many positive news about cryptocurrency about adopting bitcoin into their fields and This is really amazing if it happens in a short time it will completely affect the price of bitcoin.
Still we focus forward and see the bull run and I'm waiting for halving and ethereum 2.0 this year.

Well, the new year is a new opportunity. in previous years we learned a lot about the development of crypto, scammers, and so on. we make so many mistakes, and at that time we learn something new. now, we can get better because of that, so start being careful in choosing where to invest, and so on. past failures make us stronger now. Halving will soon be happening, this might be a new start, so start preparing it before the bull market really arrives.

In 2019 we were also hoping for a bull market and it happened in mid-2019, although 2019 doesn't have too much special news. And in 2020 we have a series of interesting news and attract many investors, so I also believe that 2020 will certainly be a brilliant year for this market.

May this year brings joy and profits to every crypto hodlers  I am optimistic that bitcoin price volatility would be more  bullish and every opportunities for buying would be profitable in a long term as we await the halving of the coin whose aftermath is synonymous with it pumping based on price it price history.

The halving event must be the main concern in this year but the problem is how to make the market will give a big reaction to the halving of bitcoin. The halving will make more and more miners will be going out from bitcoin. And this may true consider about less reward for them but the difficulty makes them all will be operating in a loss.

So after the halving the price is about to increase a lot as per everyone's prediction but whales might tale advantage of this too predictable mindset of investors and might dump the price for a while and as real crypto enthusiast use that as an opportunity to accumulate more bitcoins. ;)

New year and new hope with bitcoin and altcoin return back with higher price, with bitcoin halving on middle year become moment where bitcoin can back on their place, but for first month on new year I think bitcoin keep stable with lower price and actually growing up at second month on new year, but just my assumtion about will bitcoin have higher price or not.

For btc price? I am not hoping but I'm feeling bullish about the halving. Well many opinion have arise that the btc price could leverage its position on the market but still to early to assume that. Remember that bull run happened in a single strand of event. Ethereum also has their own upcoming event so there is a chance that late 2020 will be a fruitful year again for crypto.

I also feel that 2020 is the right moment for the rise of cryptocurrency, because we will see bull market this year. Due to the bitcoin

I'm sure the whales are making their own strategy and seeing everyone expectation is hoping that this year will be the year for cryptocurrency and bitcoin halving will change everything. I'm sure they will be break people's expectation and make bitcoin's price looks like will not affecting by the halving, and then when people are losing hope they pump it hard and people will FOMO. This is my speculation about what will happen this year

I still hold my funds on the exchange and some on dopet, I always follow the traders here that it will be good in 2020, I still hold some hope that altcoin will be my luck holding it in the long run, I certainly want to see the halving event bitcoin is coming soon to see how those bitcoin traders play with prices, I will see it in the next few days and this is still the beginning, don't miss a moment let alone an opportunity

We should stay optimist with bitcoin, not just because income but my money still stuck in crypto market. I don't have any choice because leaving meaning lost. Our expectations for 2020 were definitely more than last year. This year's halving is huge news for the entire crypto community and more likely to increase. I doubt about the altcoin market, because as halving approaches, everyone will increase the number of bitcoins in their portfolio, and this is the reason for the selling of altcoins and the price fall.

We also wish you a profitable year, there are a lot of stakes here in 2020 and so much are pinning there hope here, I expect the price to get better after the halving but all our hopes will go to waste if there are a lot of bad news coming in, we have a fair share of bad news this last 2019 I hope this year good news rules.

It seems that you are very positive mate about 2020, according to some people they say that the upcoming bitcoin halving will drive not just the bitcoin price but also the entire crypto market if its true will that's good news for everyone involving in cryptocurrency investment. but in my own opinion i would not rely on any speculation its better to wait until it comes.

Bullish idea for people like us is beneficial but is surely short term, basically what will just drive the price is pure speculation nad hype, what if we wait a further more and let the miners do the work to make the market price increase gradually? Instead of us predicting too early and might just make the market increase prematurely.

I stopped staring at the prices long time ago last year and the most profitable scenario for me would be that sideways movement would continue while i could accumulate some more alts, but with my luck in 2020 all the main pairs will moon before i can change back to them.

mostly i agree on what you have said but i cant agree on one part , that is when you say dont cash out too early when you see a profit  . 

if you already see a profit why will you waste those good oppurtunity  ? if you will skip it you might not see it again or you will see it again but it takes more time for the price to repeat that same state  . cashing out when you already see a profit is a smart move imo  but it does not mean that you dont believe on crypto   .

I really want that 2020 would please all investors and holders. But until spring, such growth is most likely not expected. The price of bitcoin growth will not start until April and, as a consequence, alcoins too

We got lots of expectations for this year and most of it are positive. We are all wait for the bull run that might occur anytime when bitcoin halving takes place. It was really a happy new year for everyone here in the crypto community. Now that the year 2020 have entered our calendars, we will now be waiting and expecting the upcoming event which is the Bitcoin halving which we all do hope to be favorable to us to rise up the price of Bitcoin as well as the Altcoins that base or depends their prices to Bitcoin. I really do hope that bullish trend comes after Bitcoin halving though it still vague if it will really go for the bull no to be like what happened on Litecoin halving. Much better if we will prepare ourselves and accumulate more cheap coins that have the potential to give high returns. I request everyone don't create an over the hype about Bitcoin halving. If so then bull run can't help the crypto market because many new people will come and they will dump highly like before. It seems the crypto market has a positive vibe right now and we can see a good pump in Bitcoin price but yet I can't be sure bull run will happen or not, because things have been changed a lot!

I have really lost hope for altcoin pump, There's hope for Bitcoin though. I really can't believe altcoins. If I buy them now I would make killing in next Altseason (If it ever happens), I probably will break-even from my previous purchases.

2 year had passed and lets hope for the best

I hope things will go as you all expected, many got things wrong with bitcoin halving, do not expect instant growth after the halving, it might take few months to see price increases and yes 2020 will definitely be different

 I doubt that 2020 will be the year of altcoin or any crypto currency just because we are in a new year, what has happened and what has caused all crypto to go up and down will continue to do so in 2020 as well, when there is a hype and everyone buys the price goes up, when there is a fud and everyone starts to sell it goes down, there is absolutely no in between zone for bitcoin.

 Hopefully with the new year we will able to differenciate the altcoins from bitcoin itself, there are a lot of correlation between price of bitcoin and altcoins when one goes up the other goes down and thats not really something we will want to keep happening in 2020 as well. Hopefully we will have all of them going up at the same time after the halving and not just bitcoin, thats all I want this year.

For a huge return i also need that you have a good amount in bitcoin if you have hold your bitcoin till now then you are lucky and we are about to enter in a golden age of bitcoin after that time some more wait will return all of our money while if you have not hold till now then invest as much as possible because your that investment will give a multiple times return after a few months.

most people expect bitcoin to be bull run this year. I don't think that will happen this year. if we look at the bitcoin chart we will know that bitcoin reaches a bull run after a year of half reduction. if bitcoin halving day happens in May this year then I think bitcoin will be a bull run in the middle of 2021. But this is just a prediction that can be right or wrong.
the important thing is we have to be patient, wait and hold our bitcoin until the bull run.

For me personally, if you look at the current market situation when I have benefited from the investment I made or you could say from the coins that I hold, I will decide to sell it. First, bitcoin will not be reduced in half, but the reward for miners does. Second, it will not directly imply bull run as it is still depends on the market whether to comply with the miners who are about to sell at higher market price. I think bitcoin will soar at higher rate before its halving. I do not know much about altcoins' coming future, but I am pretty much sure that bitcoin is the king coin. It will never disappoint investors. So I want to suggest that investors should go for bitcoin instead of looking for altcoins for investment. Bitcoin is the best coin for 2020 and next years.

2020 will become more exciting to use especially now that bitcoin halving is approaching this is sure that the price of bitocoin will increase because of halving and hopefully all reputable altcoins also.  So now lets just hold our coins especially bitcoin and store this in safe wallet because this is our hope to recover on all losses we experience in the past year.  

I am also hoping for a reversal in the crypto market from the bearish situation the last couple of years into a bullish one. With the many developments in crypto and blockchain, its time for a different atmosphere in the crypto world. Hope people would be wiser this time and try to make better and calculated decision in investing their crypto.

To reach such extent is what I really hope in 2020 but to realize that 2020 is just a number and there's no significant difference to 2019 and lack of drive to pump bitcoin price, I just really doubtful about this year. Im not sure if that can be achieved easily as the bitcoin is not even touched its previous ATH in 2019. I will never try to expect a huge gain for bitcoin in this year as it must achieve the ATH in 2019. It's much better to do a lot of trade rather than thinking about when the bullrun will come again.

It's hard to be optimistic and putting hopes too high with this current situation of the market. We've all anticipated the bull run last year but nothing had happened. Imagine how many times we think if it's the start of bull run. From a 6 digit to 4 digit loss of investment, literally a real quick.

Right now it looks like 2020 will be a crypto year but there is no guarantee about it. They Bitcoin halving and eth upgrade is near so there may be a new all time high of both which in turn will bring an alt season.

I'm also pretty sure halving bitcoin and ETH 2.0 updates are the part I've been waiting for. that right can make a race on the market, and I think it will make a bullrun trend happen. I hope it will be like that, because the bearish trend has been going on for a long time.

No one can say it surely, because if you look through past halving, every time bull run happened after 6 months to 1 year from halving date. So, Bull run may start in 2021 if you consider the previous records. But If the bull run really happens this year then that will be hugely positive for the entire crypto world!

Bitcoin is the number one choice in this market and most of the altcoins I know are very much dependent on the value of this coin so in any investment, Bitcoin needs to be held the most. However I really don't see how 2020 can be more bearish than 2019. We're seeing ETH have its hard fork to switch to a PoS model, as well as bitcoin's halving coming up, both of which have potential to be extremely bullish events in the long run.

The market is unpredicted, many things unexpected can occur thus lets just hope for the best and have our own analysis if there's a basis for our speculation.

We have only around 5 months to go for the next block reward halving event. To tell the truth, the exchange rates haven't increased anyway near my expectation. And this is a bad sign. If the prices don't go up during the next few months, then there will be a major chance of an extended bearish phase for the next few years, in which BTC may breach new record lows.

Well I do hope altcoins will improve this year following bitcoin. Many experts said btc might reach its ath again or even surpass it this year maybe because of the coming event that will trigger for btc to soar high. For alts I dont see any major events that can affect the price however we know btc has influence to alts thus hoping this will reflect to the price too.

It’s just a speculation and our guess based on previous two halvings that this coin halving will also increase bitcoin price. Today we have different situation compared to previous halvings. Today many in crypto community like me are not willing to buy bitcoin above $10,000.

A lot are likely feeling the same way so they are buying nowadays before halving because they know the supply will be low by the time halving occur. One that might be alarming is if all had bought already even before halving yet less investors coming after the halving, the price will probably drop when most of us see the chart are slowing seeing the chance of dumps.

Hopefully it would stay so, because during the last several years, we have already seen a lot of green days, but usually it ended up providing nothing but a short increase which was followed by a massive dump. It does not seem so this time.

The market uptrend presently is great, I really like the slow and steady movement even though the upcoming Chinese new year might cause a retrace before the actual FOMO due to halving.

as long as you see that the coins you have are high, sell immediately. actually it's logical rather than holding too long not necessarily the coins you hold can have high selling points in the future. for me for now I prefer to sell while there are still opportunities, but the story is different if I have the top coins in the market, then I will choose to survive and wait for the market to completely improve.

high hopes just like the start of 2019. Investors are more cautious than 2017 they know that everyone will be buying btc in the hope that price will jump to 30k or 50k and at that moment they dump the price of btc to buy more. prices were manipulated in 2017 which will never happen again.

Let's claim that this year is the year for bull market, that's is so nice because we have a very good start, bitcoin is pumping and few altcoins as well.
We are just in the first month but it looks like people are again bullish with the market, so that's a good news and I have a feeling this will continue until the halving schedule.

This could also be the year of the altcoins, let's just believe.

2020 will be the best year for my investments ever if will see pump after halving

Yes market looks good this year and no one is restricted to join and invest money because price is grating high I hope after 2020 we are going to have fully bull market. In last two Year’s we saw low  price and how people Bought it so I think now good time to store some coins for selling till end of 2020. According to my analysis investors seems to be confident about bullish in 2020

New year new hopes. I think 2020 will be the year of recovery. Market will rise and new investors will uplift the market and by the end of 2020 market will be all set to touch high figures because the market has gone very down and new investors will get cryptos at very low rates. Market has it's potential and new investors will come and play. Old investors have done their part.

Anything can happen in crypto and that's the reason people use the word" Unpredictable" I am pretty confident that this year the prices might pump because there was a massive dump from the last two years and experts reveal there are possiblities of bullrun I believe this year will bring us joy and happiness someday.

We are really getting manipulated too, let's not forget that, that's why it's very practical to know and understand how the market really works, as it's unpredictable and well manipulated too. So, take advantage of the volatile market too but it's very risky so you need to study everything well.

That's what everyone will do eventually when they find themselves holding worthless coins while the manipulators are also getting more money before it becomes worthless. Being not so good in trading makes us very dependent to this bullrun and that will keep you waiting for years til the halving come. What happen just recently was that BTC dropped to more than $600 after touching the $9k, sure this is manipulated move.

Well, this year can be our year just like what happened last three years ago. I am hoping that it will happen again so that I can make a big profit again when the market is that good. I can feel that the market will recover and back in a track like what happened last three years ago that almost all the projects went successful because there are a lot of investors who trust many projects at that time. I am hoping that when bull runs happen again there are lots of promising projects that can be developed so that we can still earn and support them the best way we can. And all of the tokens that we are holding for a long time will pump and so that we can sell them at a good price.

I doubt that 2020 is going to be an altcoin year or other digital currency only because we're in a new year. Which happened and what prompted all of the cryptos to go up and down will continue to do so in 2020. When there's a buzz, the price goes up for everyone to buy. There's simply no bitcoin in between zone when there's a fud and everyone starts selling it down. Now there's fud so bitcoin price doesn't recover.

The market has never been so green for a long time. I am excited when I check the portfolio in the morning. Bitcoin dominance has started to drop slightly. Altcoin prices continue to rise. It may be a little withdrawal. With the right plan, earnings can come. We are in an active time frame.

I hope it will be bulls dominating all through the 2020 and the start has been good but i think all the bull sentiment this year will revolve around halving, i think it is the main event that will drive the bulls crazy this year, pre halving the market will run due to anticipation and post halving due to reduced supply of daily mined btc so i am sure we will see masdive demand and price will explode this year.

The year is expected to be eventful.The crypto industry will make a breakthrough.Altcoins will show growth closer to the summer of 2020 bitcon is already showing growth.

This year will be a very successful year for the crypto market and if you have made a profit in the past few days, you will surely have great confidence when investing in this market. I think 2020 will be the time for all coins to rise again and there will be plenty of coins to reach new highs if investment demand increases. Personally, I like to pick coins that are in top 30 coins because these are very good options for investors. Of course, it is risky to choose long-term investment but if you have good knowledge, you will avoid those risks.

That is what we all expect for sure this year 2020. But even the Bitcoin halving is still a couple of months ago from today, still Bitcoin have already showed up positivity by rising up its price which is really a good indication that we will be having a prosperous year. I guess we are all hoping for better opportunities to come this year round. This year will not be just special for Bitcoin alone but also for the part of Altcoins specially for those that rely and depends their price into Bitcoin's price. Now that we are already seeing improvement in the prices of the top cryptocurrencies in the market, let us just all hope that this will continue and somehow trigger the bull run we all have been waiting for that will possible to happen. But for now, let us just see and hope for the best things to happen for the whole cryptocurrency market.

It seems that almost everyone is expecting a fast growth in the market and obviously I would love to see that too but that is difficult for me to believe the growth we are seeing is sustainable, I fear the whales are playing with people and their desire to get profits and one day the price could crash and many people are going to lose their money, I do not want to be negative but that is what I am thinking about this growth, I just hope I am wrong but the possibility is still there.

      I share your guess, but half the bitcoin will not guarantee a new bull run in 2020. It is true that the prices of altcoins are largely dependent on the price of Bitcoin and certainly there will be significant price increases, but this does not guarantee a bull run. We need to be optimistic and buy as much crypto as possible, because the profit will come. Maybe this year, maybe over a year, but success will definitely come. We must not lose hope and we must ignore the false manipulation.
