Bill Clinton was super cool and charismatic. Obama might just be the coolest President we've ever had. Trump, what you see is what you get. He's not an actor, speaks his mind, makes fun of others, etc. He's not going to win in the cool factor but he's genuine.

A president who cuts the fundamental rights of his people, Is dictator, promotes torture, kidnapping, genocide is not a good president and unfortunately Africa is a leading continent in not having good presidents in my opinion because they are easily corrupted by power and money.

There is no one interpretation of what the word cool means. the eu ruling banking cartel for example literarlly is extremly cool but extremly hated because of that because they don't take any measures to end migration.
