A sane user would not deal with the OP. Paypal trades are risky because of the chargeback issue and this is the case where they can get scammed. Simply the OP would take ETH and send PP to the trader and then a few months later do a chargeback to scam them. The sad part is that the person who gets scammed will not be able to make any sort of appeal against it.

OP does not have any prior trading feedback, which makes it very suspicious.

I'd like to suggest you eToro but it has a higher minimum deposit so basically it's not suitable for smaller trades. But there's another option that I've seen and maybe this will fit you it's the localethereum which was the old name.
