I have SOUL tokens on metamask but I dont know how or where to transfer those tokens so I can sell them. Or how do i convert those into regular eth then sell it.

How many Soul tokens do you own?
I don't think it's even worth the hustle because;
- The token's liquidity is very low in exchanges it trades
- 24 hour trade volume is just $10  :o
- Current token price is way so low... currently at $0.000119

I will be surprised if you even manage to raise $5 worth ETH or BTC from selling those tokens

If you only have a few tokens, I think it will cost money, it's better to collect until you have a lot of tokens, you can sell them at Mercatox, but I see there is only 0.07 eth volume

As I understand you want to sell it directly to fiat. But, Soul is only traded against ETH and BTC on the listed exchanges. Even so, you can sell it to ETH or BTC in one of the exchanges mentioned above, then you can exchange to fiat.

If you only have a little SOUL, about under $20, then it's better to sell to collectors. Meet them in the trusted OTC group. Selling it on an exchange only consumes a lot of fees which in the end you only receive a little money.
It also seems like this token will die soon when viewed from the current trading volume, very small.

I think you have to exchange those tokens in crypto exchanges as I mentioned below like. But soul tokens really don't have good trading volume because just I  check the trading volume on coinmarketcap it has only few bucks so you have to exchange those tokens before going to zero value.

It seems like this SOUL token is less interested in the market so that the trading volume is small at only $ 28, and it looks like a Hotbit exchange that has a good enough volume but is not large in its buy order and looks small, but the OP must think first how much he has a SOUL token because the price is low if it's a bit then I don't think of exchanging it for exchange because it will run out by costs.

Right this coin look not interested because lower price and less volume transaction in exchange market, you can sell SOUL but not have guarantee your coin will sold out because only have volume transaction under $30, how ever you only reach $30 after selling your SOUL coin and better you are looking for with forkdelta exchange maybe there have higher volume transaction and you can sell all your coin.

I think it's useless to sell on Forkdelta and the price will be lower than other exchanges, but in the same amount, this is SOUL being shitcoin which is no longer in the lyrics by traders so there is no convincing trade, and also the developer is not so active so the tokens just let it go.

low volume of course makes hard to sell coin. it needs more time to sell in price what you want
if any buyer in order book, you can do market sell. but low volume means low order book too

all you need is placing 'open order', then you have to wait until your order already triggered
it is more harder if you have many coins.

According to coinmarketcap two soul token available,phantasma( SOUL) & CryptoSoul(SOUL). You can sell your phantasma in kucoin,hotbit and many others exchangers. For cryptodoul you can sell it hotbit or mercatox but trading volume is vary low (29$).Its hard to sell,if you want to sell this you have to wait long time. 

Volume is very low which is very bad for the project, this means the token is not very demanding, i hate keeping such tokens in my wallet because it means no one wants to buy the token, this is why keeping tokens with no good use case is bad idea

there are two tokens with the symbol SOUL, so which is yours I hope you have phantasma (SOUL), and not cryptosoul (SOUL) because the daily volume is very low.
and also depends on the amount you have.

The first thing you have to do is create an exchange account that accepts the SOUL token, and coincidentally the exchange that is listed as the SOUL token is only two, namely hotbit and mercatox, now after you have registered for one of the exchanges I mentioned earlier, you have already can take a SOUL token wallet and then you take it to Metamask to make a transaction in order to sell it.

In the present case, it would be more convenient to sell. Given the volume and price, the situation will be worse in the future.

I am sure, Maybe you get it from the free token event from their website. If you really have a lot of tokens, just go to coinmarketcap and find your corresponding token, find an exchange that you think is good. But I think the SOUL token that you get is sh*tcoin, I just saw on coinmarketcap that there is no price and volume.

I found some info about this token at coinmarketcap. This token is currently listed at Hotbit and Mercatox, but unfortunately this is a dead token and has no volume. The 24h volume is only 28$ so you cannot sell it at any exchange. Ideally, you should forget it because its price is too low and you have few tokens to sell

The soul I know of is a gaming coin and you don't get it very often. You hardly get any for playing daily. The game is not that fun but I do appreciate it and the fact you can earn through it. I think there were two games for SOUL. When I found out how much it was dropping and the low volume I just lost interest.

Two things you need to confirm that before you start selling your tokens, first one you need to check whether the volume you plan to post for trade has in the exchange and check the available options you want to convert your tokens for or US dollar Bitcoin or ethereum.
Secondly check the the rate limit and value you can open in that exchange for the tokens.

For new token or very old token check several times before send this token any centralized exchange. By contact address you can use decentralized exchange for sell token. This token is trading on mercatox exchange. If you have huge or low token hold it. Because if low you can't manage withdraw fee, if high than don't lose your money.

SOUL token is listed in Mercatox exchange, you should need to some ETH in your metamask wallet almost ETH 0.002 should be available and after that send tokens to Mercatox exchange and sold them and after ETH or BTC you can send to ETH wallet or BTC wallet as you required.
