Post by: Lambis on January 06, 2020, 09:21:24 PM
My total portfolio from Bitpanda is emptied, no answers from "support".
What choices I have?

I never heard this site before.
Are you sure that you didn't break any rules?

I found some thread that Bitpanda stole 1500 euro from here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5090176.0
It seems some people here on the forum use their service without any issue.

Better try to post your problem from their announcement thread here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=878727.0

If no update from them after one week start to make a scam accusation to warn the others.

Either:
1. Post scam accusations, make a flag, request support from DT members.
2. Sue them.
3. Spam their social media channel with your problem so they'll take notice (unless they deliberately ignore it) or more people become aware of your case.

The panic doesn't work in such situations, I suggest to keep touch with the Bitpanda social media accounts.
Write your experience on the crypto forums and Trustpilot.
Check your email history and try to find the withdrawal-related content as proof.
If you are not from EEA countries, there is no way to confirm the identity of Bitpanda users without a manual check. Their automatic KYC system is only accessible by Europan customers,AFAIK.

It's very unlikely that your account got emptied without any traces. Check your transaction history, if you find that funds got withdrawn to an address that you don't control, then you might have been hacked.

If you're sure that it wasn't the case, then here is the fastest way to get a response from them:

1. Write in their announcement thread  (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=878727.0)as suggested above.
2. P.M TwinWinNerD (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=16614) (he's their representative) and link him to your post in their topic.

Make sure to explain the situation with as many details as possible in your first post to avoid any delays.
