But when visiting it redirects you to another coin which is "gio"

There's an exchange where Toba listed and why would you sell this here? It's really hard to measure why people try to sold some here while the fact if their tokens listed on exchange they can easily dump it there and that is the most safest way or not unless if you try to do a shady things here and better to get off since for sure you will not get any victims here if that's the case.

Was listed on Graviex, then it was delisted. Will be taking offers for 50,000 Toba Coins, also will be taking offers such as fiat or trades such as other coins items so on and so forth. 50,000 is the amount needed to start a masternode.

I don't have an idea what happened to their coin. What I know is that GIO is the ticker of Gravio's coin which is the coin of the exchange Graviex. Graviex and Gravio (GIO) are part of their ecosystem. The ticker of Toba Coin is TOBA if I am not mistaken.

No its delisted off of graviex, Gio is i think the Graviex in house/exchange coin.
